Posting from line. I have been waiting for upwards of 20 minutes and have hardly moved. There are three ladies working (only three! During lunch time at a tourist hot spot!! And none of them are offering any sort of apology for the wait. One of the girls is working her tail off while the others are doing almost nothing. I would not describe this restaurant as "super fast," and am planning on taking my business elsewhere.

A bit crazy. Messed up the order on all three pizza's, had to wait an hour after the scheduled pickup time, and was told by the man who was in charge of sending them out to just wait my turn after 73 guests who came after me where served...I normally LOVE MOD PIZZA but this has me rethinking my choices.

this establishment is not the best place to eat, the owner or a worker was very rude to me when I bought a pizza different from everyone. Because I made all meat request and when it was done the rude comment was do" I have enough topping I say yes not to make a scene, but I am not done I will be back again to pack all the topping again hopping to hear a comment, which will be recorded on video and give to my lawyer for analysis and possibility of law suit.

The pizza was great, yet the service was complete hell. Most of the workers were rude and didn t respect the customers whatsoever. I am disappointed with the pizza place. Also, it is not super fast it is very slow. I am just very disappointed with this location and it s staff.

The staff here is so nice! This is our favorite place for my family to eat in Seattle Center. The kids prefer pizza and garlic strips, and I lean toward salads. Unlimited toppings and combinations for either, and they're very accommodating for picky/particular eaters with the endless customizing that's available. Love coming here!

I love the fact that I can put any toppings on my pizza for no additional charge, but the service is terrible. People behind the counter looked impatient. This place is also not hygenic - one customer accidentally dropped something in the large sauce container. The server behind just removed the item from the sauce, and continued using the same sauce for other pizzas. I definitely wont be coming back again.

By for the strangest/worst MOD experience I've had. Very slow, the employees seemed very confused and they did not have a good queue system set up for orders. The energy level I have grown to like from the staff was not present and everyone, customers and staff, seemed incredibly frustrated. I think I will stick to my favorite Mill Creek location...thank God for standard ingredients, still has a great taste.

Very good pizza. I really like the fact that you can add as many toppings for the same prize. The crust is tasty and so are the toppings. I really enjoyed the balsamic fig dressing added at the end. It gets really noisy here when there's events. They need to do something about the large quantity of flies in their area. I saw flies flying off of a pizza, flying off the soda fountain spigots, and all over the seat areas. I guess because they get very busy, it is difficult to keep up on the cleaning of the eating areas. We were accidentally give strawberry sauce instead of pizza sauce for the garlic bread.

Excellent "make your own" pizza. It's like Subway, you start with type of crust, sauce, and then add toppings. Everything you could want. They even have special sauces to top off the pizza. Pizza is made in woodfire open oven. Mine was thin crust, spicy sauce, all the meats!

Most times when I want pizza, the only topping I really want is pineapple--no Hawaiian-style combos, just the pineapple. I can get that here for an affordable price too! The portions are also perfect for people like me who don't need to eat a lot to be full--they are reasonable and not ridiculous. The staff were very friendly and courteous during my visit.

The pizza was great however the employees were so rude and slow. i was in line for 45mins to order my pizza then instead of placing my pizza in the oven the employees were just chit chatting and drinking their sodas in the middle. I asked for him to put my pizzas in the oven and he completely ignored me. He then took his time and i waited a long time for the pizza to be done and as he took all the pizzas out he cut my pizza and called other people before me i went up to him and i told him to just hand me my order and he said here as he threw my pizza across the counter. I was very upset im so glad i was just visiting the are and thank god i will never ever go back there. poor and slow customer service

Stick to the special pizzas with fun names, you know, the ones that sound especially delicious. Get the one with three kinds of cheese and onions. You will be happy. Skip the regular pepperoni and sausage. Cheap and fast, thin crust pizza located inside Seattle Center food court.

Loved this place so much, my family came back twice in as many days. I feel this place offers the best value for quality eats around the space needle. Also, it is faster than fast. Our pizza guy Ike was lighting quick, polite, and made my kids smile. The crust was properly crisp and just singed around the edges how I like. We could put any kind of topping we wanted on our pizzas, and the kids came up with some brilliant combination. When I visit Seattle next, I will be back.

I went here for lunch in between seeing the Seattle sites. There was a long line but I was shocked by how fast the line moved. The service was great and efficient. I loved creating my own flat bread pizza. There were so many great and fresh toppings to pick from and it didn't matter how many I picked it was the same price. I really enjoyed my pizza and the price was reasonable especially for the city. I was a bit confused by the trash, they should have a bit more instructions for which products are compost, recycling and trash. I saw someone picking through it and couldn't tell if they were a customer or a employees but they took a ton of dirty plates out.

I am always impressed by the staff Mod Pizza hires. How do you find such fun and individual, personable people? Wow, I love it. Never disappointed at Mod. Zach at the Space Needle location was super cool, giving me some ideas for vegan/vegetarian topping combos that I decided to try, and seemed to genuinely care about customers. Really great! Thanks Zach!

I've been looking for one of these build-your-own pizza places in Seattle and this is a nice one. No complaints about the taste and there's a wide variety of ingredients. Staff look like they're enjoying themselves too which is always good to see.

Although the sign says super fast service, I would state super slow service. We stayed in the line for over 40 minutes to be served and forgot about letting them cook. Add over an hour wait. The staffs were slow. If it wasn't my daughter wanting to eat pizza, I would skip this line in blink of eye. I rather spend my time waiting at fancier restaurant.

Usually we love MOD. Not sure if they were too busy (lunch time on a Sunday) or if they just don t get orders for dairy free cheese enough. But the protocol is to put it on last so that it will melt. It was edible, but the cheese just fell off the pizza and we had to scoop it up every bite.

We had an enjoyable lunch. I decided to try their new pizza in the menu while my boyfriend ordered a large cheese pizza with mushrooms. Everything was prepared fresh and was tasty. The service was good too. Will definitely visit this place again in the near future.

While visiting Seattle I found myself at Seattle Center in need of a quick bite for supper. I stumbled upon MOD Pizza at the Armory, and by the look of the line up, it was popular. I was pleasantly surprised at the efficiency by which the friendly staff worked the busy line with a smile and a joke. A dazzling array of exotic toppings (including roasted garlic!) soon made their way on top of my pizza, and a quick fire in the wood fire oven and my pizza was ready. What a great escape from mundane fast food. I will definitely come back on my next trip to Seattle.

Create your own pizza here! One of the only places open in the Seattle center later than the other restaurants in the food court. You have the option of customizing your pizza or have one of the pre-customed pizzas from the menu. There is a variety of sizes too for how much you want. Pizzas are cooked in a fire oven while you wait.

MOD Pizza is one of my new favorite restaurants! As many toppings as you want for no additional cost, and they do have quite a selection, where you get to choose them with a server working your way down a service/buffet line (a la Subway/Chipotle/etc.).

We waited 45 minutes past opening time and they still weren t open. I politely asked if they would open soon cause our parking would be up soon. The lady said well then I guess you should check your parking cause we aren t ready and it s gonna be a while. They were wiping down the sign using a ladder at this point I wasn t the only person she was rude to. Save your money.

I love the fact that I can put anything I want on my pizza and I enjoy the crunchiness of the thin crust. All prepared within 10 minutes. However, it means nothing if it turns out as a huge cancer bomb. All the burnt food crumbs from previous customers get stuck on the pizza. After taking a glance at the oven, it seems like the staff never even bothers to clean it. At least scrap the bottom from time to time! I love the food, but I don't like to get cancer. This place is a big no for me.

Leftover cheese on the numbers they place on top of your pizza. Watch and see if your numbers are clean. You can get bad stomach ache. They usually build up cheese sauce and anything that was on top of the pizza.

This location is great! The staff is super friendly and helpful. If you've never been before it's awesone to build your own, the staff will help you with suggestions. My favorite menu pizza is the Calexico with bacon and pineapple added (since they don't charge for toppings) it's like sweet and spicy heaven.

By far the absolute most amazing pizza my boyfriend and I have ever had. This was our first time in Seattle and mod pizza was the best choice ever. The fact that mod is a subway for pizza is genius. Other pizza franchises are ridiculously expensive if you want to modify your own pizza. But to have unlimited toppings on an 11 inch pizza for only 9 bucks? Fantastic. Mod also had great customer service. They were nice and fun. I highly recommend to anyone who goes to Seattle to go to mod pizza. I so wish they had one in Wisconsin!!

I appreciate that the (I'm assuming) manager made our visit better after they gave my pizza to someone else under their name. My wife's pizza was great and I am glad they do have great customer service. It was a rush of people before the show so it was a little hectic. Thanks for being nice Mod people.

We were pleasantly surprised by this place. The gluten free crust was actually not terrible (gluten free crust can never be "good"). The organization on busy days is impressive. And props to the manager for making a supportive work environment.

Great pizza with fast service and many, many options for customization. Staff was very friendly and was eager to please anyone in line. Definitely worth the stop if you're questioning eating there or not.

The pizza can be considered a thin-crust style and offers both red and white sauce. Several types of meats and veggies available with any combination you can conceive of. There are several "premade" options that you can pick from as well and customize to your liking.

About MOD Pizza

MOD Pizza: Serving Artisan-Style Pizzas and Salads Superfast Since 2008

MOD Pizza is a fast-casual restaurant chain that specializes in serving individual artisan-style pizzas and salads superfast. The company was founded in Seattle, Washington, in 2008 by Scott and Ally Svenson with the aim of creating a new kind of pizza place that would offer customers more choices, more value, and more fun.

Since its inception, MOD Pizza has grown rapidly to become one of the fastest-growing restaurant chains in the United States. Today, it has over 500 locations across North America and Europe, with plans to expand further into new markets.

What sets MOD Pizza apart from other pizza places is its unique approach to customization. Unlike traditional pizzerias that charge extra for each topping or ingredient added to a pizza or salad, MOD Pizza offers unlimited toppings at no extra cost. This means customers can create their own unique combinations of flavors without worrying about breaking the bank.

Another key feature of MOD Pizza is its commitment to using fresh ingredients sourced from local suppliers whenever possible. The company prides itself on using only high-quality ingredients that are free from artificial preservatives or additives.

In addition to its focus on quality ingredients and customization options, MOD Pizza also places a strong emphasis on speed and convenience. Customers can order online or through the company's mobile app for pickup or delivery. And thanks to its superfast ovens that cook pizzas in just minutes, customers can enjoy their meals without having to wait long.

But perhaps what truly sets MOD Pizza apart is its mission-driven culture. The company believes in making a positive impact on both people's lives and communities through initiatives such as hiring employees who may have faced barriers to employment elsewhere (such as those with criminal records), partnering with local charities and non-profits for fundraising events, and donating a portion of every pizza sold during certain periods throughout the year.

Overall, if you're looking for an affordable yet high-quality dining experience where you can customize your meal exactly how you want it while supporting a socially responsible business model - look no further than MOD Pizza!
