I placed an order for 4 items of furniture from this company on a Sunday evening, i then phoned them on the Monday morning to add to the order. All i can say about this company and staff is positive, they were helpful and very polite. I then recieved a message to say that my order would be delivered on the Tuesday if this was ok with me. The delivery driver Chris was also very helpful with bringing the items of furniture into the room of my choice assisted by my husband. I cannot recommend this company enough and would have no hesitation buying from them in the future. THANK YOU TO ALL OF THE STAFF THAT WERE A PART OF MY PURCHASE.

Can't fault anything from start to finish! The website was easy to use, there was more choice than any other site, communication was good and everything was done as was promised. The furniture was delivered in less than the 15 days advised and the company were able to accommodate my request for an early morning delivery. So all round great service but what about the furniture? Well, it's beautifully made and very high quality and has already got lots of compliments from family and friends (who I have recommended visit your website). Fantastic experience with Trade Furniture. The communication from the day I placed the order was professional and transparent and as the customer I was always kept informed by telephone or email. Upon delivery of both my items the Delivery Man was fantastic, he took time to explain the process and he cared about making sure my furniture remained in prestigious condition. The Delivery Man then placed the furniture within the designated room of my choice, removed the wrapping and installed the legs to the extra large table I had purchased ensuring he was efficient and in my house a minimum of time. I would highly recommend this organisation and I will be buying from them in the future.

Ordered a 2 Drawer TV unit from this company. The office staff are very friendly and helped with every query i had as i was unsure what colour i should go for. She even offered to send me a wood sample.

The unit arrived very quickly, the driver was exceptional, i did not have to lift a finger, he brought it into my home and placed it in exactly the right place, unpacked the item and took away all the rubbish.

I have never been more pleased with a piece of furniture! The colours match perfectly with my existing furniture just like the Lady advised. The wood is beautiful and the colours running throughout the piece are unique. The unit is very sturdy and i can see that it will last years. Well worth the money!

Trade Furniture had the furniture I wanted at an excellent price. It was delivered on the correct day, and within the time frame specified. The quality of the furniture is excellent and well worth the price. Would not hesitate to use Trade Furniture again.

On the 4th of October I ordered a table and chairs worth a little under 550GBP just to be advised that they are out of stock and might have some next month. Upon further discussion it appeared that they have the table, not the chairs. We agreed a split delivery.

Two weeks later I get a call that I should be home at advised date and time. The agent was clearly baffled that I couldn't and had no alternative slots. He told me that someone will call me back. No one did. Having followed up with them and demanding some action resulted in another delivery slot, for another week.

Just to get a phone call the preceding evening that they can't locate the table in their warehouse. I've given up and cancelled the order. I strongly recommend avoiding this supplier - not worth the hassle.

Bought a dining set from here. Was told it would be delivered within 15 working days, and i received a call in a couple of weeks saying i would receive my order within a 3 hour timeslot. Driver came right on time and was incredibly friendly and polite, and the furniture is beautiful quality. Would recommend this company!

This store deserves a "10 star" review, if this were possible. From the first telephone call, to the very professional customer service, the very timely updates on delivery, through to the friendly and helpful nature of the delivery person, who took all the packaging away, and placed the mango sideboard in exactly the place I wanted it. I was SHOCKED at this lovely 20th century amazing customer service, where NOTHING is too much trouble!!! They even rescheduled my delivery time for an afternoon, and cancelled the initially delivery slot, as I work for the NHS, and had to go to a hospital to complete some checks, as I'd just got a new job. They were also very obliging in that they were more than happy to take my piece of furniture up a flight of stairs, to get it into my accommodation (we are on the first floor of a maisonette). It makes such a refreshing and lovely change to receive this standard of service, that you feel like royalty, compared to the shabby grudging manner of most leading furniture stores, who advertise on television, who cannot do this or cannot do that. Now, I truly feel that I need another mango sideboard, to place at the other end of my lounge, to match the beautiful wood of the first one. I will not even need to use another rude and sloppy organisation, but will definitely be using this lovely organisation, and their prices are so competitive. What a breath of fresh air this whole experience was, from start to finish, along with the effervescent friendly nature of the people from this neck of the woods. Look no further, purchase your goods from this store, and you will never regret it, I promise you.

After looking for several weeks on the internet for new furniture for the living room I decided to buy it from The Trade Furniture Company and am glad that I did because the furniture is as good if not better than available from most well known furniture shops, it was delivered on the date and time that had been advised and it cost a lot less than on the high street....RESULT!

Easy to order, delivered within a week and on a day and time convenient to me and done by text message. Friendly delivery driver, great furniture, I have ordered from them before and enjoy the quality years on.

The order arrived exactly when the driver said it would, he brought it all in without help, unpacked it, removed the packaging, he was at the end of a long day, visibly tired but still cheerful and chatty, he put it all where I wanted it and left....and the furniture is well made and looks lovely, and I'm glad I've got it.

Very impressed with the experience. Ordered a coffee table on Sunday 7th December. The following day, I had an email to confirm the item was in stock, and delivery should be within 10 -15 working days.

I then had a phonecall on the 10th with a proposed delivery of the 12th, with a delivery window of 11:00-13:30, and by 12:15, it had arrived.

The driver placed it in my lounge, opened it, and removed all the packaging. The product is solid and so far, I'm very happy with it. Considering ordering a nest of tables in the same wood soon.

Excellent service from this company from website purchase to delivery. Delivery driver was really friendly and lifted our huge new dining table in by himself. Since my first review, I have furnished my dining room. Initially, I was unhappy with one of the units, as the glass was pitted. But this was no problem for TFC, as they ordered another one for me. Unfortunately it took a while to come, but that was because of the suppliers. Also there was a fault on the dining table, but again this was exchanged without any hassle. This company are so helpful and I felt that nothing was too much trouble. Would I buy from them again? Absolutely yes I would!

Ordered three pieces of furniture and are more than satisfied with them. As we live in a three storey house we were expecting to have the furniture left on the downstairs floor, but the delivery men very kindly took them up to the middle floor for us, unpacked them and removed all packaging. Excellent quality furniture at a brilliant price - for not a lot more than the price of flat-pack furniture, you get solid, beautiful wood furniture. Delivery was really quick and in a designated time slot and the driver even put the protective pads on all of the legs of the shelves!

4 weeks to deliver an item which was supposed to be delivered within 7-10 days. Staff were rude during phone calls and they were very limited with when they would deliver. Having said that, the finished product is excellent. However, the overall experience has put me off ordering with this company again.

Ordered a computer desk from this company, when the furniture was ready to be delivered i received a call with the date and a 3 hour time slot of when they were going to deliver. when the desk arrived the delivery driver set it up in my study and took away all the packaging. The furniture itself is amazing and not made of cheap wood like ikea so it can easily hold all of my pc equipment without any problem, will be shopping here again.

The bookcase we purchased was exactly what we wanted to help us match with the other pieces we had of a similar colour,we got some wood samples,shame others didn't offer this service as it is a really good idea and helps you to match things up really well. Samples came really quickly within 2-3 days and the order we then placed came within 10 days.Not had a service like this before when ordering furniture over the internet, good communication, quick delivery and perfect item.

Having had great difficulties with another firm while trying to get a decent Dakota Mango dining table, we have been very relieved and pleased with the good service and efficiency of Trade Furniture (including their delivery driver), and the quality of the furniture itself.

We ordered a coffee table, tv table and a console table from TFC. Their service from start to finish was absolutely amazing and they even delivered additional furniture on very short notice, waiving off the second delivery charges. The gentlemen delivering both sets of furniture were professional and polite and even took away all the packaging.
The quality of the items is amazing and the finish rustic but refined. They look a lot more expensive than they actually are. And although the delivery charges are not that low, even with them TFC turns out to be cheaper than its competitors.

I bought a sideboard and table nest in July---lovely quality, handsome pieces. In December the sideboard door had swollen and wouldn't close. I emailed Trade furniture who swiftly replied, arranged to have the piece collected and have the door adjusted by their team at the warehouse. It was returned within a week. The care taken in repacking the piece for transport to and from the warehouse was exemplary; the drivers (Chris was one) were very helpful. This was excellent after sales service.

Went to showroom and had a look around and ordered a unit with 6 drawers and 2 doors. Excellent service and quality wood furniture

After some initial problem because we were buying furniture for our son as a present and the delivery address was different from my card address, this was overcome by giving me bank transfer details to transfer cash for the goods. Thereafter service was excellent and furniture delivered as agreed between 6.00 and 7.00am on the appointed day (fortunately it was at my son's house so I didn't have to get up for it!). My son is delighted with the furniture so everybody happy.

I have just had yet another BEAUTIFUL piece of furniture delivered from the Trade Furniture Company. To date, I have bought a dining table and 6 chairs, 2 sideboards, a TV unit, a coffee table and 2 shelving units - 1 with a basket.
I keep going back because the quality of the product is SUPERB and the Company gives very impressive customer care. Further, the delivery personnel are a credit to the Company.
