My husband just returned from Advanced Sleep Center this morning and stated Ian, his technician, kept him comfortable and informed. The room was clean and not "hospitally" feeling, but home-like and comfortable. He really didn't want to go, but afterwards he was glad he did and has already told a couple people if they need one done, to go here. Thanks so much!
Super nice and professional! I did an At Home study. Took 5 minutes to show me how to use the equipment. Took all of one minute to turn in the equipment the next morning. Sending results to my PCP for follow up.

My daughter was scheduled for the location on William Cannon. She is 15 years old and new to sleep studies. We didn't know what to expect. The scheduling process was very easy and the staff took into account that we live South so William Cannon was the perfect distance. We were greeted by Shannon who made the process fun and easy. She is great to work with and professional. She explained each step as she was wiring my daughter. Shannon had to come back in the room in the middle of the night and was quiet and professional in handling the wires. Again, she explained why she was there and what she was doing. The room was clean and organized. Highly recommend
Clean and comfortable. The nursing staff are very attentive. Cold breakfast is provided. I've paid more for a hotel room and slept worse, with no breakfast.
I have three points I think matter for ASC:
1> They are knowledgeable and they did a good job explaining the details to me.
2> The were customer focused in the way the interacted with me.
3> The were courteous in assisting me with billing question.
They are good people doing good work.
I have been here overnight twice. This place is great clean and very comfortable.
Patty was my tech both times and she is fabulous. She is so good at what she does.
She makes you feel like you are at home.

Have liked these guys from start. From setting up my initial home sleep study to the final study and subsequent annual visits, they have been great.

The staff were friendly and efficient at the William Cannon location. The sleep technician, Jewel, had a very calm bedside manner that put me at ease and she made sure to help make me comfortable during the experience. The room was quiet and dark so that I could have a successful sleep study.
Staff made a comfortable environment for and did make sure all needs were met.
Arrived at 8:30 at Advanced Sleep Center and was taken back right away to a private, very clean room. Shannon came in with a mask on, introduced herself and told me every thing she was going to attach to me and why. She was very gentle and attaced the wires quickly and with expertise. When I needed her, all I had to do was talk and she responded right away. I couldn't have asked for a more experienced, more personable technician as Shannon was awesome! Would definitely recommend!
My experience was 100% positive on both nights I slept there. It is a little difficult to find in the dark if one is coming from Cedar Park, as there is no turn into the building off of Parmer. You will need to cross Mopac and do a U-turn and head back toward Cedar Park. The turn in to the sleep clinic is the same turn as if you were turning into the church on the right, almost immediately after doing the U-turn and crossing Mopac. Lovely and competent people. Update on 09/07/18 Found the turn in during the daytime, so much easier. Just turn by Amplify. Everyone on time and very efficient. What a great experience.

I scored them a 10 everything from setting up an appointment, I had mentioned to Victoria that if there wasn't an appointment before this Wednesday it would have to wait till next month. She called back a few hours later to inform me she had a cancellation and she remembered I had to travel for work. Now Shannon my tech was so knowledgeable with every question I ask her. I also felt that she loves her job because she loves explaining what ever I asked her. I feel very lucky that you guys were referred to me. Great job!

There are not enough superlatives I can state to describe the professionalism and knowledge of their great staff. It all starts at the top and Todd, the owner, is as customer driven as you could desire and is genuinely concerned about you, the patient, and genuinely wants to help provide a solution to your sleep issues. He's put together an outstanding Team of professionals that will help you big-time. I want to specifically give high praise to Steve, who was my tech when having my overnight sleep study done. He explained the process from start to finish, what I should expect and how the results of the study would/could greatly improve my health and quality of life. I will tell you this. This was the first solid night's sleep I've had in over the past two years. I now am on my way to better health and much needed uninterrupted sleep!

The center is very clean. Staff is friendly and very accommodating. David was my Technician and he was amazing and provided great patient care and customer service. The team in charge of scheduling and billing really took care of me as well. They got pre authorization quickly ande they squeezed me in the same week. If I had to get this done again or for anyone else in my family, I'll definitely return.
This place is awesome.. My husband and I had our car over heat and they were great at 830 at night to help us getting us water and one of the ladies had a gallon jug in her car and let us have it.. If they went to great lengths to help a non client I get their service to patients is the best in the world.

The techs were amazing. The location was clean, organized, comfortable, and the location was safe to leave my car out over night. I had to wait quite a while to get hooked up to the machines because there were several clients that all came in at the same time. This wasn t a big deal, but I did find myself wondering why it was taking so long. Ultimately this did not impact my experience. But it would have been nice to know that I may have a really long wait. I didn t get to bed until after 11pm. Again, this is not a major negative at all, but I do want to be honest about my experience. The bottom line for me is that my condition is being professionally addressed. I d definitely use them again if I needed and I would recommend their work for sure.
Hey folks, if you have a loved one who snores or holds their breath for an alarming time then starts gasping for breath, or who may be tired even after sleeping 8 plus hours a night, then they need to be tested for sleep apnea. Advanced Sleep Center will test you overnight, then show you your choices so that your 8 hrs sleep will finally be restful and more importantly reduce the stress on your heart.

I would strongly recommend Advanced Sleep Center off Parmer Ln. I unfortunately can t remember the lady s name that helped me but she was really good at her job and explained everything to me that I was wondering about. The scheduling was super easy and the girls were great about reminding me of my appointment on a couple occasions which is really helpful especially if you have sleeping issues and memory problems so yeah I would highly recommend going to them if you have any kind of sleep issues
I would rate it a 10 the technician i had was GREAT she made me feel as comfortable as a could have possibly been connected to so much wiring checked on me often made sure a understood everything rooms were clean and bed was comfortable thank you so much !
It s a short overnight sleep study, but I m guessing it s long enough to get the info needed for diagnosing apnea, etc. I felt like the room should have had a call light or phone like most patient beds do in other settings. Couldn t figure out how to turn off the TV in my room and I didn t wanna wave my arms around like I was prompted to do if I needed anything. But the tech who took care of me was great, brought me juice and an extra blanket to help me get comfortable before dozing off. Props and thanks to William!
Patty, the Tech was very friendly, has excellent customer service, and she explained to me everything she was doing while doing it. Being in the medical field for over a decade myself, I really look forward to giving credit where it is due and I appreciate Patty for making this a positive experience. Great Dr , very friendly, I will recommend this place . I sleep a lot better now with the cpap machine . The mask at first is strange but besides that , once you get used to it works great
We arrived a bit early and the door was locked. When they saw we were waiting they unlocked the door and let us in. Got me to a room in a few minutes. Very professional on all aspects. However if you are use to having a bottle of water next to you, better bring your own. Only a small cup is furnish. Also had to ask for a wash cloth.
But really every thing was SSOO clean and my tech was fabulous. She explained everything.

Only problem was the ac vent was right above my head and appeared to be missing a panel which made the ac blow directly onto my head and face. Check EVERYTHING out in your room before settling down.
We live 100 miles from Austin. My husband was sent home from his appointment with a device that was not fully charged. He had to make a 200 mile trip to return the device by noon the next day. 400 miles of traveling for nothing. He was told if he comes back within 10 days he can do the test again without paying for it all over again. What a deal!

It took over a month to get someone to call me back. I had a sleep study done previously sent them my results and then again I had to keep calling finally someone called me and told me that they called my insurance and they had everything that they needed and set me up an appointment to come pick up my machine. I was so happy because mine has broken and I have been sleeping without. I have been suffering with migraines and horrible headaches and I have been feeling so tired that I am afraid to fall asleep when driving. I get there to be told that they did not have my results my husband resent them while in the office and then it was all set again and then surprise now they are missing the saturation test. Was told I would receive a call to set up the appointment and I am so tired of chase them that I just gave up and am still doing without. I received a call a week later. I am so frustrated and tired that I just told her I give up and will do without. I will never refer anyone to them. Just a horrible experience and I am still without and 24/7 headaches!
I highly recommend Advanced Sleep Centers in Austiin. Facility/sleep study rooms feel like home. Staff is very kind and professional. My daughter had her study here and I was able to stay with her. Follow up appts wth doctor to adjust pressures were easily scheduled and we received reminders. This facility is very well organized. Great experience!
Had a sleep study done at the South Austin location. The Sleep technician was Shannon. Extremely patient, informative, professional, knowledgeable. Victoria is scheduled this who is also with the same company and everybody has been absolutely amazing. Very very highly recommended
I was nervous and anxious all day yesterday for my sleep study because I didn t know what to expect. I got there a little early so I waited a little bit. The room they took me to was very clean the bed was made and the bathroom was clean. They made sure I had everything I needed for the night. It was similar to a really nice hotel room. The bed was really comfortable and one of the best beds I ve ever slept in. When I was getting hooked up to everything Shannon was telling me what each of the wires were for and how everything works. We also had a really nice discussion about the medical field and little bit about our lives making me feel relieved and welcomed there. I could tell that she enjoyed doing her job and that she knew what she was doing. They kept it cool in there so it was also easy for me to fall asleep. It was quiet throughout the night and so it was similar to just a night sleeping at my house. In the morning they woke me up gently and peacefully. They had some pastries and juice to eat before leaving. It was overall a great experience I would recommend everyone going here to do their sleep study especially if it your first one.
Did my sleep study last night with Shannon as my technician. Can't write enough about the outstanding service Shannon provided. She kept me informed, answered my questions and made me feel right at home. After the study, Shannon answered my questions about the current equipment and offered ideas based on her observation of my sleep issues. I felt like I was talking with a family member.
The facility is clean and professional. The process was timely and every detail explained in advance was on target. I felt at ease throughout the study. The bed is extremely comfortable and the atmosphere is welcoming.

Although the sleep study ordered by the pulmonary doctor attached to Advanced Sleep Center was comfortably and professionally conducted, it turned out that, after a follow-up study night for an equipment fitting ($300) and a VERY frustrating experience with Apria Equipment to whom they assigned me (over $600) but no follow-up with the doctor in question or any copy of the sleep study report until I actually had to request it, that my symptoms were marginal and no further intervention had been necessary! I can only assume that this outfit is a money-making machine with no regard for whether one really needs their services or not. Following up with them about their lack of communication and the unsatisfactory result thereof proved fruitless - so disappointing...
I went there for a job interview, was left waiting for over 30 minutes and was looked upon unfavorably as it seems the personnel went into hiding, perhaps it was because I am a man and all the support workers there were women. One of their employees left crying and in hysteria. Decided to leave, got major bad vibes there. A place to avoid.
Advance sleep center is great! The staff is very friendly when making appointments and very helpful. I had 2 over night studies a week apart and I was lucky to have such a great tech! My first time there I was really nervous but Anna greeted me and was so sweet, friendly and very professional. She thoroughly explained procedures and what to expect for the night. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease, that I got sleep! My second study was a week later, and I again was nervous. I lucked out and got Anna again! I was so happy and again she was so comforting and professional. I got sleep and overall had such a great experience. The facility is clean, the beds are comfortable and they are very thorough with cleaning procedures for Covid-19. I highly recommend using Advance Sleep Center for your sleep study and I hope you get Anna because she is the absolute best!

I just completed my second visit to the Advanced Sleep Center on Parmer Lane. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Steve was my technician and I will give him an A+++++! He is very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job in explaining sleep apnea and how the CPAP machine works. He was extremely patient while trying to find a mask that would work for me. My experience with Advanced Sleep Center was very comfortable and positive!
Everyone is very nice and courteous. And the wait time is very minimal. I did a sleep study there and it was awesome!! The technician was very, very helpful. It was a wonderful experience. I would do it again if I had too.
Did my study about a year ago and took a referral a year later. Asked questions and was able to obtain my prescription for my apnea device needed a year after doing the study. The gentleman that help me was very helpful and professional. Even though I wasn t getting a service and had been time that passed since I was in they were still able to help me.
I wasn t sure what to expect but the staff was helpful and answered all my questions. It was a good experience.
Expect to be billed again by Austin Pulmonary Service after you leave the office because they know that patients will balk if asked for two co-pays in person. Only go if your physician won't refer you to anyone else.
Great location. The technician was a women which was comforting when it came to attaching & detaching leads all over your body. She was professional & friendly. Office & room were very clean. Only issue the bed was way too hard. An optional mattress topper would have made for a better snooze. Small issue . I recommend this facility compared to two others I have used in the past.

From the calls from reception (Anicia and Victoria), to the take home study (Jonathan), to the over night (Shannon and Jennifer), I always felt that my concerns were addressed and my health was the priority. Couple of things could have been cleaner.
Had my study done 12/20. Was told at the end I would have to come back. I have been waiting for someone to contact me to set up next part of study. I have been without my cpap machine for over a month, and I am sleep deprived and very depressed. I thought this was the right place to do my study but have since decided that I made a huge mistake by going to this company.
Staff were very friendly and informative. Made our stay as comfortable as possible. The staff were very attentive and made sure all my son's questions were answered as to what was going on so he wouldn't be anxious. I would definitely recommend. The only thing I would consider changing are the sinks. Lol. They have the ones you push down and the water cuts off in like 4 seconds. Other then that it was Great! S/O to Shannon, she was Awesome!!

From the person that set up my sleep study ( Joshua) to my technician (Shannon) I was extremely pleased. The rooms are nice, clean, private with your own private restroom. Shannon was awesome explained everything step by step. I would highly recommend Advanced Sleep Centers for anyone that has to go for sleep study.
I just completed a two part sleep study and I am very pleased with the experience and the professionalism of the staff, e.g., Josue and Shannon. Josue was great with scheduling and follow-up. I appreciate Shannon's care both in study setup and removal of leads. She was very helpful in getting me into the right mask fit even when we had to make a change in the middle of the night.

Very friendly staff with no wait time. I did my sleep study at home and it was easy to use. Drop off of equipment was quick so I was back to work in no time. I was happy that they verified insurance ahead of time and I had very little out of pocket expense.
I had to have a sleep study conducted for the first time. I was very impressed with my technician Will, he was patient, courteous, professional and very good at his job. He walked me through the process of what was going to take place. Then when I needed to return for the CPAP study, I walked in frightened and nervous. Will was reassuring and calming and again he calmed my fears and anxieties over my claustrophobia with the masks. I would recommend anyone to Advanced Sleep Center.
Last night was the second time I had to bring my 7 yr old son in for a sleep study. Last night our technician Shannon was GREAT!! She made sure my son was ok, made him feel safe and not so nervous or scared. She was amazing having patience with him and made conversation with him as if he was talking to a friend. I would totally recommend this sleep center as their customer service was great!. I do ask if they can make the beds a little softer/comfortable but other than that they're great! Thank you again Ms. Shannon!!

On a scale of 0 to 10, they score a 10 hands down. The staff from the beginning were great. The technicians at night were amazing. They explained everything and.....have a sense of humor . I will definitely recommend this place starting with my husband. He needs a new evaluation.

The staff are courteous and helpful; the facility is kept very clean and orderly, and my overnight study was very comfortable; save the fact that I did not sleep much due to my new experience with sleep therapy and adjusting to different mask styles and air pressures. My sleep tech was able to find my pressure settings and mask best mask style, but I wished the tech would have provided more information and a better selection of mask styles and brands.
After my therapy over the next few months, I ended up trying at least 3 different styles and brands of masks, but personal research is the best thing to do to understand the best options for each individual s needs and preferences. This is something that time might not have allowed my technician to go over during my study, but be prepared to educate yourself so that your therapy is successful, especially if the benefits of more stamina throughout the day and much, much fewer episodes of apnea throughout the night are important to you.
*Update, 8/19/2020*
Last month, I was contacted by the staff and equipment director, Habey Balderrama, to visit briefly to try different mask brands and styles that I have expressed interest in. Since then, I am able to speak with Habey and discuss the pros and cons of each mask and how they work for me until I find the one that is best for me. I really appreciate this high level of personal assistance and customer service, and I am confident that my questions and concerns, many months after my initial sleep study, are being addressed and that the staff works with me to achieve successful CPAP therapy at home.
Everyone was very professional and courteous. Every time my husband needed something they were right there ready to help. Very encouraging through a difficult time.
Better not be in a hurry, because they sure don't care about getting you treatment in a timely fashion. I had my 'at-home' sleep study a month ago (which meant sleeping without the CPAP for two nights, a truly terrifying experience for someone with severe sleep apnea) and they just called to tell me that I now need an 'in-office' study before that will actually set me up to get the supplies. I've been having to use old masks, tubes and headgear while I wait for them. I've now had to duct tape my old tubing to the mask because it keeps coming off during the night. This is taking WAY too long.
Fairly certain most of these reviews are fake or paid for.
Using the Parmer location, This place is god awful, I can't fathom how such a small office is so incredibly disorganized. They ask you to fill out a 11 page questionnaire before seeing your doctor and then never reference it so you're just repeating yourself over and over. It's been 45 days since I first called them and I still do not have any lab results.
-Called may 1st, got an appointment on May 9th.
-Took them until May 28th to get insurance approval and schedule me for a take home test.
-Return the take home test in the AM as instructed. Get a call later that day accusing me (yes, very accusatory tone) of not returning the device.
-Spell out "HIPAA" for them in that they have misplaced a digital data storage device containing my personally identifiable health information.
-Get a call back in 10 minutes saying they found the device and it will be 5-10 business days until I hear results.
-It's currently June 14th, 12 business days since I've returned the device.
-Call to check status of my results. Get placed on hold, another person picks the phone up and asks me for my name and number again stating they are understaffed and someone will call me later.
I really goofed by going here.
My experience was amazing! This place is super clean and staff took the appropriate measures for covid by wearing masks and taking temperature on arrival. My welcome was nice and quick. I was led to my room on arrival. My technician Jules was super friendly and professional. She also did a great job on setting me up and making me feel comfortable. Would recommend 100%!
