My daughter was scheduled for the location on William Cannon. She is 15 years old and new to sleep studies. We didn't know what to expect. The scheduling process was very easy and the staff took into account that we live South so William Cannon was the perfect distance. We were greeted by Shannon who made the process fun and easy. She is great to work with and professional. She explained each step as she was wiring my daughter. Shannon had to come back in the room in the middle of the night and was quiet and professional in handling the wires. Again, she explained why she was there and what she was doing. The room was clean and organized. Highly recommend
