Last night was the second time I had to bring my 7 yr old son in for a sleep study. Last night our technician Shannon was GREAT!! She made sure my son was ok, made him feel safe and not so nervous or scared. She was amazing having patience with him and made conversation with him as if he was talking to a friend. I would totally recommend this sleep center as their customer service was great!. I do ask if they can make the beds a little softer/comfortable but other than that they're great! Thank you again Ms. Shannon!!
