Fairly certain most of these reviews are fake or paid for.

Using the Parmer location, This place is god awful, I can't fathom how such a small office is so incredibly disorganized. They ask you to fill out a 11 page questionnaire before seeing your doctor and then never reference it so you're just repeating yourself over and over. It's been 45 days since I first called them and I still do not have any lab results.

-Called may 1st, got an appointment on May 9th.
-Took them until May 28th to get insurance approval and schedule me for a take home test.
-Return the take home test in the AM as instructed. Get a call later that day accusing me (yes, very accusatory tone) of not returning the device.
-Spell out "HIPAA" for them in that they have misplaced a digital data storage device containing my personally identifiable health information.
-Get a call back in 10 minutes saying they found the device and it will be 5-10 business days until I hear results.
-It's currently June 14th, 12 business days since I've returned the device.
-Call to check status of my results. Get placed on hold, another person picks the phone up and asks me for my name and number again stating they are understaffed and someone will call me later.

I really goofed by going here.
