I scored them a 10 everything from setting up an appointment, I had mentioned to Victoria that if there wasn't an appointment before this Wednesday it would have to wait till next month. She called back a few hours later to inform me she had a cancellation and she remembered I had to travel for work. Now Shannon my tech was so knowledgeable with every question I ask her. I also felt that she loves her job because she loves explaining what ever I asked her. I feel very lucky that you guys were referred to me. Great job!
