I was nervous and anxious all day yesterday for my sleep study because I didn t know what to expect. I got there a little early so I waited a little bit. The room they took me to was very clean the bed was made and the bathroom was clean. They made sure I had everything I needed for the night. It was similar to a really nice hotel room. The bed was really comfortable and one of the best beds I ve ever slept in. When I was getting hooked up to everything Shannon was telling me what each of the wires were for and how everything works. We also had a really nice discussion about the medical field and little bit about our lives making me feel relieved and welcomed there. I could tell that she enjoyed doing her job and that she knew what she was doing. They kept it cool in there so it was also easy for me to fall asleep. It was quiet throughout the night and so it was similar to just a night sleeping at my house. In the morning they woke me up gently and peacefully. They had some pastries and juice to eat before leaving. It was overall a great experience I would recommend everyone going here to do their sleep study especially if it your first one.
