It took over a month to get someone to call me back. I had a sleep study done previously sent them my results and then again I had to keep calling finally someone called me and told me that they called my insurance and they had everything that they needed and set me up an appointment to come pick up my machine. I was so happy because mine has broken and I have been sleeping without. I have been suffering with migraines and horrible headaches and I have been feeling so tired that I am afraid to fall asleep when driving. I get there to be told that they did not have my results my husband resent them while in the office and then it was all set again and then surprise now they are missing the saturation test. Was told I would receive a call to set up the appointment and I am so tired of chase them that I just gave up and am still doing without. I received a call a week later. I am so frustrated and tired that I just told her I give up and will do without. I will never refer anyone to them. Just a horrible experience and I am still without and 24/7 headaches!
