We live 100 miles from Austin. My husband was sent home from his appointment with a device that was not fully charged. He had to make a 200 mile trip to return the device by noon the next day. 400 miles of traveling for nothing. He was told if he comes back within 10 days he can do the test again without paying for it all over again. What a deal!
