At first I really liked this place and the staff however there unprofessionalism and rudeness has changed my heart and mind. I've been trying for 7 weeks to get them to fax the proper paperwork needed to get a gel infused overlay for my hospital bed and I FINALLY accomplish that today after many many phone calls and visits to the office.i called today to speak to a manager andThe manager NEVER called me back .they say they will call you but they never do!!! Some at the check in window are awesome!!..but others are very RUDE!!...the doctor I see there is pretty cool but not all of her staff is..
