Came to get first and second dose of Covid vaccine and everyone was organized. Second dose was a bit slower process but still seamless. Great job!
I was seen here and the staff was great. And I was a new patient was seen around 4pm on a Friday evening. Can't say enough about the staff they were great. My BP was very high and they were very concerned about my health. The receptionist continued to watch me because I was feeling very bad I am very pleased with them.i will be coming back
Advance Community Health would get zero stars from me, if possible.
I waited over a month for an appointment with Advance Community Health. I was early for my appointment, as requested, to fill out paperwork. My appt was at 3:30. I was called to the exam room at 3:45. After a nurse took my vitals, I was told that the doctor would not be in to see me until 4:30. I was on break from work, so I had to leave and come back the next week.
I take several medications, which I can not miss. The doctor I spoke with at my second appt said that they could fill my prescriptions, and would be in touch. I told her that I had ten days left of pills. Over the next week I played phone tag with the front desk, trying to get the refills ordered.
A week and a half later, I was told that I would have to go to a walk-in clinic elsewhere to be seen and get my prescriptions filled. After playing phone tag again, I was never told why this was not disclosed at my first appt.
I called Advance's crisis line on Saturday morning, as I was out of my meds by then. They advised that I go to a clinic in Durham and be seen there. I do not have a car and have to use Uber, which is one of the reasons why I went to Advance in the first place.
After getting my medications from another agency, I came home to a bill for additional fees from the Advance office visit.
Do not go here for any reason. All you will get is the runaround and uncaring staff!
Homeless and my medicine is being withheld from me. So sick I m now in the hospital. They told me they could see me in October since I had to cancel my appointment for today. Without my medicine I will continue to use the hospital emergency room. The hospital and my disability attorney have been informed and they are rethinking using or referring future patients. They are federally funded but still try to charge patients one hundred dollars. I think they need to be investigated. I won t stop until they get audited. Supposed to help people but I know it s all about the money. Hope your books are straight

I would give 0 stars if I could. I only bring my children here because of their doctor. But the staff at front desk are extremely rude! If you have a nasty attitude then do not come to work simple as that!

I only had to go here to pick up a prescription, but my hat goes off for these medical professions. What people don't realize is these people are putting their lives on the line working long hours dealing with the unknown. These are different times which call for different understanding and patients. Like everything in life, you can't please everyone! Keep up the good work!!!
When getting my COVID vaccine, they were fast and professional. Could not have had a better experience from scheduling my appointment to leaving their office.

Got my COVID vaccines here and it was really well run, great experience.
This place was good at first (Pediatrics / Dental)but after the move. They have new staff that are very rude and unorganized. The parents know what's the rules are more than they do. Long wait times when calling even if no callers are ahead of you. They want you there 15 min early but take about 30 to 45 minutes to see you. Dental isn't any better. As a parent I'm very protective over my children they want the parents to stay in the lobby while they take your young child to get their check ups! Insane! With all this crazy stuff going on in the world I don't trust anyone alone with my children! Especially a stranger ! Medical license doesn't mean you won't hurt a child. My kids pediatrican left so I decided to request to send my medical and dental records to another office. I called back a month later and they misplaced my request! THIS PLACE IS THE WORST! The whole staff needs to get fired and Dental needs to understand concerns of the parents. DON'T TRUST ANYONE WITH YOUR CHILD NO MATTER HOW NICE THEY SEEM!! GO TO ANOTHER OFFICE THAT RESPECTS YOU!!

If I could give them a negative I would.Showed up today after confirming my daughters appointment for nexplanon installation and they cancelled her appointment without notification.Barely any apology,no resolution after the inconvenience of taking off work and spending my gas and time to come in for this special appointment.I think that more and more today healthcare facilities could care less about the patient but more about making their dollar and holding a job.There was no empathy or ideas on how to get my daughter birth control TODAY.They want young black females to be pregnant but it will not happen on my watch.My 3 children go here and I m NOT using their services again.This organization is pathetic!!!!

The nurses and the pediatrician of my girls have always treated us very well at the reception! There is only one receptionist when I called who answers very pedantic but the rest are attentive and friendly!
I came here to get a Covid vaccine. The line was very long but the staff kept us entertained with music and jokes. The only reason for the 4 stars is I feel like the check in process could have been a little faster. However I don t know what all the needed to do.
