A very disappointing experience I had bringing in my vehicle's first service appointment. Made an appointment (pre-scheduled some time out) but when I showed up there was a confused response from the service person who told me there must have been a "glitch in the system." There was no appointment in their systems. This was followed by a "sorry," and then total silence. No offer to see what they could do. No offer to even attempt to reschedule. Nothing. Just silence. I paused wondering and expecting what the next steps would be. Sorry. That's it.

Mea culpa that I totally should have known to expect a call or a text for appointment reminder; that should have been a signal to me that something was amiss.

As this was warranty work possibly due to Dieselgate I did wonder in the back of my mind if this was intentional and silent relief at getting to delay or avoid having to do a TDI claim ... but I'm sure that's not the case.

I'm happy to adjust this rating if they ever actually do work for me, but they had no interest in my future business to even try to reschedule with me.
