Several issued with the service, lack of care, wro...

Several issued with the service, lack of care, wrong part received, manager didn't do what he said.
1. we made appointment to replace airbags (factory recall) for 9am. Car was supposed to be ready by 2. Multiple calls later we came at 5, still had to wait almost an hour. We live in Breckenridge and it was major inconvenience.
2. we received coupon for $100 off Audi Parts or Service in the mail with the recall. Mentioned the coupon when dropping off car and asked for alignment. When picking up the car, we were told they wouldn't accept it. It specifically said Audi service.
They were not able to provide print out of the alignment that was supposedly done. Printer was broken??
3. We needed a housing for the rear lights so decided to use that coupon for that. The part they looked up was wrong, my husband knew (because he look at it in my car) and told them but they insisted its the correct part. Had to go home, pull the part from my car, go back and get the correct part. Again, we live in Breckenridge! No apology for the mix up or offer to put the housing in for me so that my lights would work. Just oh, here is your correct part.

The receipt said to call the Manager if service is less then excellent so I did. He offered to pay for Alignment. I said it was OK but that he could send me the check for the extra $40 for the coupon they wouldn't let me use. He said he would. Surprise, no check received...

Next time I'm driving to Littleton Audi even though its lot further, those people are clowns
