My experience with Prestige Imports was fantastic. Aside from the fact that my Q5 is everything I wanted/expected and more, I was greeted with professionalism and kindness from the moment I entered the dealership. In particular, Rosa Trejo was a joy to work with. She was professional and punctual on the front end and did a great job of feeling me out as a customer, ultimately making a personal connection that made me comfortable signing a lease and dealing with any interactions with Prestige/Audi down the line.
