Dan Schrubbe provided exceptional customer service during my visit at Prestige Audi. I was shocked and surprised by the altruistic behavior of Dan. I had a terrible experience with purchasing an Audi remotely in California and Dan went above and beyond to rectify a pretty terrible situation. He was kind, communicative, and diligent. Very impressed!
