I have bought a second hand car from a friend that had the extended warranty purchased through Prestige. Unfortunately, the warranty papers got displaced and I needed them. I have never met them or had any business with them but they went out of their way to track down the warranty papers for me (Bob Ballard from Finance in particular). I will deal with them happily if I ever get a chance in the future.
