Moody And Ron have been a pleasure to deal with. Very professional and accommodating.
However, when I received my certified pre-owned 2015 911 4s in Connecticut it was never detailed before it left the dealership and was picked up from Prestige with a 2 inch scratch in the front fender that was noted on the pick up report and signed off on by the delivery person from the dealership. Needless to say, my expectations where clearly not met for buying any type of car, especially a Porsche that I just paid $109k for. After I complained a few times and included the General Manager on my emails did the dealership agree with another local Porsche dealer to have the scratch repaired and the car washed properly. I now love my car but feel the dealership did a very poor job with the delivery and the customer service afterwards. This is clearly not the experience I had expected buying a CPO car from a Porsche dealership and I definitely don t think it meets the expectations of the Porsche brand and what the company stands for.
