Service tech was friendly and expecting me for 1PM...

Service tech was friendly and expecting me for 1PM appointment. We completed the paperwork; he showed me to the waiting room which had nice selection of snacks and drinks. The estimate on time was 1 to 1.5 hours; work was complete just a bit over an hour; price was as quoted and car was washed.
All went well, no issues.
