Bought a car from there and two months later I had a $4000 rear wheel actuator job to be done. Each part was $1800 x 2 I need it two of them. I called the Acura dealership in Jackson Mississippi and the same part was $1300 x 2 Please don t get robbed by them they are way overpriced driving to Jackson Mississippi saved $1000 for the same exact work completed in the same day, 2 hour job. Absolutely the worst service department I have ever experience in my 30 years. Do your homework!!!

What a difference a good dealership makes. I started looking at used trucks and found one of two trucks I really liked. One was at Acura of Memphis and the other at Wolfchase Toyota. I ended up buying the vehicle at Acura of Memphis over Wolfchase Toyota due the customer service and professionalism at the Acura Dealership. Chuck, my salesman, was awesome to work with and provided me with a very fair price for the vehicle I purchased. I spent a little more than I had planned but believe the relationship with the dealership will be well worth it.

Easy to book a service time online and my Service Advisor, Doris, was right there to greet me when I pulled in. She communicated with me via text and phone frequently to give me status updates. They're embracing new technology to improve the customer experience and it's working.

I dropped of my Acura on 08-07-20 MDX to have a diagnostic done on the air conditioner & my dash lights where all on I spoke to Sean I told him I will need an oil change and tire rotation, he said I will not do anything to it I will call you first, great I called latter that day and he said it was going to be 1,200+ for that air and over 4k for some other stuff, I said do not touch it will pick next day, I pick up my vehicle I have a bill for 300+ ok? He said dash lights off only one on, I take my vehicle 20 in to the drive all my dash lights on, I get home I check under the hood like I always do after oil change, to my surprise my oil is low, and all my fluids are almost empty. I called for the second time to talk about my issues, then they go on oh! We didn't charge you for the diagnosis of the lights (are you kidding me) then he goes on we aren't supposed to put fluids only windshield fluid (which they didn't) so now they ask bring back, easy for them to say when you have to work. I told them to give me a refund he said that will never happen ever! Now this is supposed to be a reputable dealer /service and you get the worse service for a lot of money!! DO NOT USE THEM THEY WILL FILL YOU UP WITH LIES!! I feel as they spoke to me as I am dumb because 1- I am a woman and to I am not white?? Which it saddens me to even say this, but why would you treat me as I don't know anything?!!

Got a letter about a problem with my vehicle, so I called to make an appointment and they tell me to just drive it in and they will test it from there, so I come in to get the test done and they tell me I need an oil change in order to get that done. Either they don t know what they re talking about or they re lying in order to get more service.

My babies and I were just Blessed with a 2016 ILX! From the time I was introduced to Acura of Memphis via phone, their customer service is awesome! I called in about a preowned vehicle and instead drove away with a brand new Acura! I initially spoke with a Customer Service Agent who directed me to Tesh Dotson. She is Acura of Memphis Sales Consultant. She made sure ALL OF MY BUYING NEEDS AND WANTS WERE MET. Lemonte is Acura of Memphis Finance Manager. He is on top of his game with getting my family and I the best finance deal as possible. Tesh and Lemonte worked very hard to get my family beyond satisfied with our new purchase. Most companies when waiting for a finance deal to go through, you wait for long hours. Not at Acura of Memphis with Tesh and Lemonte. With their combined level of expertise and customer service, you'll be glad that you visited Acura of Memphis! Be sure to ask for Tesh Dotson and Lemonte and they'll turn your buying needs into a luxury experience and you to will be driving away with a new luxurious automobile! :)

I waited a month after purchase to right this.
Before buying the car. The General Manager Alan said to me that if I was not going to buy the car I could just leave when he felt I was taking too long.
Fast forward to 2 weeks later. They have been unable to produce a correct title after getting in the title from the wrong state. Now a month later this supposedly certified pre-owned car has fuses that constantly blow, leaking supposedly new tires. And now has left me stranded on the side of the road. This company refuses to help and just seems to be here to screw over customers.

Omg I have never been more pleased in my life! Nancy Miller is the girl to go see she put Houdini out of a job working that magic and Lamonte Hardin is the go to guy to get you financed right!!! They went from $1000 to $0 down! She wouldn't let me leave with out wowing me and I was highly impressed to say the least! Hurry to Acura of Memphis you won't regret it!

Vira was as courteous and pleasant as anyone can be and Mr. Surgeon was as straightforward and honest about my purchase as humanly possible. I highly recommend taking your business to Acura of Memphis if you wish for a non-aggressive and accommodating experience. I ve had my experiences with a few other auto dealers in my time, and frankly, I didn t know that when I heard other testimonials throughout various media sources about a hassle free environment or easy buying experience that this was they meant. If you want to purchase a vehicle from a dealer that has your interests in mind visit the fine people at Acura of Memphis.

A below minimum standard experience. 2nd visit, both times the same. Multiple stories, a diagnosis fee charged for every separate issue, and trying to get every dollar they can out of you. Have owned an Acura in 3 states and have only found one reasonable dealer out of 4, and Memphis is not the one. This one may be the worst. I feel bad for individuals that think or accept that this dealer's approach is the standard.
Update: 3rd time is the charm, thanks to Doris. Honestly, all experiences should have been at that standard, but she is working hard to ensure all customers receive service at her level. Thank you for your hard work.

Acura asked me to post a review so here it goes.
This is my second time to visit and both visits were for an oil change. The first visit I asked for a courtesy car and it was no problem getting one. This time I was told that an oil change is not enough so I could not get one. I told the service advisor about my last visit and she said that I was not telling the truth. Being called a liar is not a good way to start an appointment.
The service took around an hour and when I get back to my car all my settings had been changed. Seat, mirrors and stereo. Unless they are driving my car around town there's no need to change those things especially not the stereo.
I did not give less stars because the snacks were free. I don't mind paying for an extremely expensive oil change when I get the service that is expected.

Our budget was a real challenge but they bent over backwards to help us get into a new to us Nissan Rogue. Thank you Brian and Mike - you're the best. Can't wait until we need another vehicle.

Excellent customer service! Even though we were buying a used, 9 year old car, we were treated as though we were buying the nicest new car on the lot. It is appreciated to receive such amazing service. We will visit Acura of Memphis again and definitely recommend others to visit for their purchases or service. Sam and the service department went out of their way to make the best out of a bad situation. The part that was bad with my car was covered under warranty and they put me in a rental car. They maintained contact with me by letting me know the status through out the week. I m very pleased with their service!

It is not only a quality car but a realiable car as long as you maintain it, it will keep driving.Now they are move expensive for servicing such as oil changes, but i go once in a while.

Bad experience.. Car was sold to my mother in law under false pretenses. Very unhappy with the customer service. We were told certain features are in the car and when we got home we came to find those features were not there. Called dealership immediately and they did not help with the situation. Be very cautious dealing with this business.

Sam was great, traveling from California to Nashville our check engine light came on and had it diagnosed at a small repair place. The car needed a sensor which had to be ordered. The dealers had the part and was able to replace it and have us on our way.
She made sure that everything was good to get us back home.

I have been trying to finance a car since Saturday...

I have been trying to finance a car since Saturday, and have yet to sign on a deal - not because of my credit or lack of downpayment, but because there is a lack of customer service at the car dealerships in my area.

When I arrived at Acura in my jalopy, the white man who greeted me at the main building sent me to the building in back where all the blacks are housed because he took one look at me and assumed that I wasn't worth his time or attention. When I was helped, it was the worst car-buying experience I have ever had. She took forever to find a car to meet the specifications I had asked for (I literally sat alone, scrolling on facebook for 45 minutes), and when she returned, the car had been sold. The second car she brought back (after another 30 minutes) was exactly opposite what I told her I needed. I left before she even returned, after waiting another 30 minutes for her to go and find another vehicle. Don't waste your time trying to buy a car in East Memphis; go to Collierville or Wolfchase and save yourself some anger and other negative emotions.

I did not have a pleasant experience with the service center manager, Doris. She was extremely rude and condescending about my needed services. Little to no customer service was extended from her. Very unprofessional. I hope to never encounter her in the future for my service needs.

Wonderful experience purchasing our pre-owned vehicle from this dealership. Starting with Vira with a welcome call, the follow up phone call from the Sales Manager (Jeff), meeting the GM (Jason), another Sales Manager (Allen) spent a lot of time making sure all our needs were met, and the Business Manager (Travis) was friendly and extremely efficient. We absolutely cannot forget to mention our salesperson (Russell)! He was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Process was painless and to top it all off they were pet-friendly. We were able to hang out with our pup while we bought a truck. Can t beat that. EVERY THING WAS FIRST CLASS. Thank you, Acura of Memphis!

I ll start with saying my purchase experience with Daryl was excellent. We came in and looked at a used 2017 GMC Acadia. We were very impressed with the price and how the vehicle performed. That said, we decided to shop around a bit and told Daryl that we d like to look at some other dealerships and get the best deal. He completely understood and told us to take our time and he knew we d be back. Long story short, he was right! I can assure you that these people will work to earn your business!! The manager Jeff told us that if we came back he would make sure that we were taken care of on our trade in and kept his word. The finance rep Travis said he would get us in and out of there and he also kept his word, and even more importantly, made absolutely sure that we understood all of the terms of the warranty, gap, and terms. I could not recommend a better place to buy a vehicle than Acura of Memphis!
