We went there looking for a new RDX. EVERY single...

We went there looking for a new RDX. EVERY single one on the lot had thousands of dollars of dealer accessories added to it - roof rails, running boards, mud guards, etc. We told the salesperson we didn't want any of those things. He told us they add the accessories to every car and it is against their policy to sell a car right off the truck without the accessories, and that the manager wouldn't let him sell a car without the accessories even if he wanted to. The accessories added about four thousand dollars to the price of the car.

With Acuras, there aren't that many model and option configurations, and it's easy to find the same car at other dealers. I'm sure Little Rock or Nashville will gladly sell you the same car without the add-ons.

So when shopping, keep in mind that they price on their web site does not include thousands of dollars of high-priced accessories that you probably don't need, but add a lot of profit to the dealer.

The salesperson was great, but I'm just not going to spend money on a bunch of added crap I don't need.

Mr. Justin Cole, Service Advisor Representative was awesome on today. The check in process went through smoothly, and I was provided with a detailed service recommendations list for my vehicle which was great. All of the Service Advisors on today 4/7/2018 greeted me with excellent customer service, and their professionalism was extraordinary. Hats off to the Service Advisors job well done on today!!

Service Manager Doris took care of my car paint wo...

Service Manager Doris took care of my car paint work which was covered by Acura paint warranty. I am about to move out of the town soon and when I mentioned this to Doris, she was kind enough to expedite the paint work job and return the car to me on time.

Five stars to Doris, thank you very much!

it's not a good place for the service anymore. i bought a 2 vehicle mdx and rdx. just for the air for my near tire. by the time to finished 2 hours plus. my third car for my sister. and went off to buy infinity q45 . if they had a good service with just for the air . they had a my bussiness already. sorry to tell them. just lost my bussiness for 40.000 car.

I called the dealership & spoke service Advisor Manager to replace the dash board for TL & she told me a price $1698. So I want to dropp of my car she wanted to charge $1998. So I told her you told me over the phone $1698. Start arguing with so I didn t get the service done. I want recommend any to purchase any Acura Brand I have loyal since 2007. After what I have realize this people are ripping you off. If you are planning to purchase please don t purchase from this dealership.

I made an online appointment for an oil change . It was easy and convenient ( that's the best part of my experience ) .
As always , you get a call with a list of repairs your car needs. Among the list of things, I agreed to have my air filter and AC filter changed after I was offered ( over the phone) a significant and surprising discount that basically got the price to $37 each.
When I showed up to pick up my car, I was informed of the total owed that was over 30 dollars above the estimated price after adding the 2 filters to the 49.99 oil change . I asked for a detailed invoice and was shown an incompletely detailed invoice with only the $ 49.99 specified . I asked again and the lady at the register says : well , the filters are actually $40 each plus taxes and disposal fee and all the coupons were applied . To make the story short, since it was not my intention to argue, I give my credit card and I finally get the detailed invoice AFTER I pay and sign that I agree with the charges only to confirm that what I was charged not what the service representative told me over the phone but $ 48 for one of the filters and $ 17 for misc. charges ... and that's how they came up with those unexplained $30 . Im not upset because of the $30 dollars but the way they handled it and were not up front when I questioned the amount .

Everything was fine, I just can't see paying the prices I was quoted for my air filter and AC filter. Some of us are disabled individuals and rely on a set income and some of the price's are just outrageous. Samantha was awesome

I went in with my mom because she wanted to purchase a new car. The salesman Martin R. was great. Very knowledgeable, patient, and respectful. On the other hand there was another salesman there by the name Terry Saunder ( the reason I would not give them five stars). He was very rude, would not listen and tries to over talk you. He will tell you anything to sale a car (even a lie). If you are interested in getting a car from Acura see Martin.
