Bought used car from Acura of Memphis last Friday. I worked with Vira Gonzales and Julieus Clayton. Both were very professional and had everything ready for me when they said they would, and the car is perfect and the price was more than fair. A great place to do business. Thank you again.

This dealership has changed since the last time I bought a vehicle there. Do not venture here unless you want to pay the many hidden costs. The internet price is false across the board. They price their used vehicles to make them appear competitive, then tell you that there is a 1750 refurnish fee. Will not be back, do not like the disingenuous nature.

I had a blowout in a tire and wanted to get the temporary spare replaced quickly. Acura of Memphis got me in immediately Monday morning without an appointment. Their service rep took the time to discuss with me all the variables to determine how many new tires I needed to get. After our discussion, I felt comfortable replacing just two, instead of all four tires, which saved me much money. The rep also showed me what had caused my problem: a large piece of someone's wheel that was as big as his hand. Acura of Memphis provided fast, courteous service and got me right back on the road.

Don't waste your valuable time coming to this deal...

Don't waste your valuable time coming to this dealership, unless you wont to be giving the run around , lied to , or taken advantage of. Poor customer service skills by staff , don't return phone calls after several left messages , talk condescending toward you once you sign your name on the line. Its all a mess. Upper management is joke once you attempt to address any issue with the dealership or his subordinates , he seem to care but their no feasible solution.

My experience with acura of Memphis was Horrible. Had my transmission replace. Got my car back and it has this vibration in the steering wheel my car never had that problem until they fixed my car and then attempt to fix my car 4 times and they fell all times. They gone tell me that model on my car had that problem so it's normal. I didnt give them my car like that but they want me to accept the wrong they did to my car. PEOPLE IF UR CAR EVER NEEDS A TRANSMISSION REPAIR DO LET ACURA REPLACE IT TAKE IT TO HONDA.

I purchased a used Acura MDX 2010 but only receive...

I purchased a used Acura MDX 2010 but only received 1 key/FOB but it wasn t from the dealer , however I contacted Acura of Memphis the internet asking about purchasing another one so i d Have two. I received a text saying their service department would contact me that was the first time in August 2017 after a week I hadn t heard from them so I again contacted them and again I received a text telling me their service department would contact me , still no contact. I waited a week to 10 days before reaching out to them a 3rd time the only rely I received stated theat my info had been given to the service department and a service rep would contact me. That was in August 2017 fast fieltwats to December 2017 still nothing. After my one and only key/fob was thought to be lost during the holidays after it was found ( took almost 24 hrs ) it was imparatuve that I gave a spare so I actually went to dealership . I walked in parts got immediate attention ( the parts department is great ) unfortunately they had to send me out to service as it was service that had to write the service order starting ppw.... I waited ten minutes before after 4 or 5 service people walked past and 1 finally said are you being helped as he kept walking until I said actually no one had even asked be until now .i explained what I was there for told to pull my vehicle around but when I did that the rep that had asked was nowhere in sight. I had to have another rep go look for him and I went back to parts telling them what the delay was and that it was a shame I had to wait on service to get started. After about 2 hrs at the dealership I finally left with spare . I was not a happy camper .

I must say I am pleasantly surprised in that I personally received a call from Hayden a manager at Acura of Memphis within minutes of posting this review. He was genuinely concerned and wanted to do what he needed to in order to correct the situation. He wanted to also make sure this doesn t happen to anyone else. I m upping my star rating as a result of his customer service. He cares about his customers and it shows. Hopefully when I go back I can replace with a 5 Star .

Stay away. I saw a nice car online that I was very interested in. I got there and was greeted by this salesman named Steve. Steve was ok but the finance manager/manager was very unprofessional. I sat down with Steve and advised the car that I was interested in. He brought it up front and my gosh it was a mess. The rims were scuffed, inside tore up, and stains everywhere. He told me they were in the process of inspection and fixing everything but my question is why was it on cargurus and not in selling condition??? I saw a sticker on it that said this car is not ready to sale so I guess it needed to go through inspection. Steve also told me that anything over 500 they would not fix lol. So, I sit down and told Steve to get me some numbers. Steve contacted the manager and he wrote me a quote and it was awful. He added 1500 that I would have to pay to get damages on the car fixed - this is crazy. The quote had the original price listed on it and I asked the manager could he go down and he said no. I advised this car is not worth what you want for it and he acted like he did not care. This place is more concerned about ripping you off then making you happy. I will take my business elsewere! To make things worse the manager was not wearing a mask and talking to me. I told him i would be paying cash if i decided to purchase and the manager did not like that and advised I would be paying 750 dollars more for cash which is crazy. Not everybody is broke my friend! stay away!

They really go above and beyond on the service the...

They really go above and beyond on the service they provide and work they do. My car was in for a few repairs and they have a very nice fleet of new loaners if you need one. My car ended up staying while they ordered parts and fixed everything to perfection before handing it back. They even called me almost daily with updates. I'm very impressed. Shout out to Brian in the service center for taking such good care of us!

I have car problems ever since I purchased a used car from them a while back. Recently they have been ripping me off in the service department. I think this is to cover the costs of snacks, drinks, courtesy cars but still very expensive compare to other shops. they have changed most of the staff for whatever reasons. Very surprised they lasted this long.

I bought a used 2005 Acura TSX and couple of days ...

I bought a used 2005 Acura TSX and couple of days later the AC died. 6 month later the power steering died. Of course no way to get fixed if is used and not certified. They never gave me the second copy of the keys.
I defenetivelly not recomend this car dealers. This is independent of the good quality of Honda and its luxury brand Acura.

Nice people. Short-staffed. Almost 2 hours for an oil change even though I had an appointment. Asked twice what I was there for, even though the info was in the system. Poorly executed car wash . Bugs still on the front bumper, windows not clean inside or out.

Not really impressed with the dealer or their service. Was definitely expecting better service quality when I went from Honda to Acura.

My recent visit to Acura of Memphis, just like previous visits, was very good. The atmosphere is very nice and clean and comfortable. The showroom floor is immaculate and the restrooms were very clean. They offer an array of snacks and beverages while you wait as well as Wi-Fi and movies. Cameron was very helpful and made sure that I knew, step by step, what happened while my car was being serviced. I have driven an Acura for approximately 19 years and I have continued to do so all these years because of the great people and professional service received. I would definitely recommend Acura of Memphis.

First off... I would go to King Acura in Birmingha...

First off... I would go to King Acura in Birmingham instead of AOM. Why I bought a Subaru Outback over the Acura RDX.... was not because we liked the Subaru better, it's because the Sales process at Memphis Acura is painful and more like buying a low-end Chevy. I am a 7 time Honda/Acura owner/leasee and don't feel that way at AOM. I am also in the market for an MDX but the Mercedes SUV at Mercedes Collierville looks better even though it's more. This Acura dealer is good for service but the Sales team is non-responsive and act like this is the 1980's when the concept of Internet pricing did not exist.

My experience was a blessing the people at the Acura dealership our God people who will help you however they can they treat you like you are special they don't make difference if you look like a person and not a customer. If anyone wants help trying to buy a car I advise you to go ACURA the best dealership in Memphis.

This dealership doesn't have the "I just want to sell a car" vibe. They are genuinely trying to help you aquire what best works for you & your budget. Absolute chaos ! sales person does know many thing...

Absolute chaos ! sales person does know many things and he almost always says I don t know and I will check and get back ! Person from finance gave wrong numbers rather way off numbers and based on that when negotiation started we got new numbers and the reasons were given were - wrong car chosen for running high level numbers and most frustratingly the price is incorrect in our system ! Unbelievable !!!

Will never recommend this dealership m! Absolutely unfair !

Went yesterday and got helped by a young lady named Laney, she approached me with a smile and was very(she gets five stars) happy to help. I gave y all 5 stars because I did not want to give y all any less over one person in the service department- and that s Deloris. (I think that s her name). Every single person there went above and beyond and were super amazing, including Tiffany. She s AWESOME. But anytime I had to deal with deloris it was a different story. Rude. Unprofessional. I was getting my TRANS replaced and Tiffany did a great job and was very good about keeping me up to date. When it was done deloris was working and called me saying it was done at noon on Friday and that I had to bring the loaner car back. I said ok I had work all afternoon. This was unexpected bc they didn t know when my transmission would come in. She said I basically had no choice that I had to bring back the loaner in the next 6 hours bc, coincidentally, it sold too at the same time my transmission unexpectedly came in..? I pleaded to bring it first thing Saturday morning (this was Friday at noon) and she are up said no. I ve had this loaner nearly two weeks. If it sold I could of come and got another one (all of my service work was under warranty). So basically I had no choice but to come pick up my car that same day which I did loose money on bc I had to cancel appointments and leave work early all bc this car was mysteriously sold at the same time my part came in. It was super shady. And I could of been there first thing Saturday but she would not take that as an option. But everyone else was fantastic.

I'm leaving one star due to the fact I was given a very rude phone call (message was left) in regard to the loaner vehicle being returned. There was another message left after they realized my vechile was still being maintenanced....they "apologized". I had to call and get an update on the status of my vehicle at which time i was told that another part needed to be replaced. Upon being called and told my maintenance was completed I stated I would pic it up same day and upon arrival I had to wait for them to find my vehicle....and at no time was I given a face to face apology for the call....I am extremely disappointed in the level of customer service I received. And am seriously contemplating a different manufacturer for my next vehicle purchase.

Brandon McDaniel was my salesman. He help me with everything. By me being a high rate customer he took care of all my concerns and questions and needs of me purchasing my vehicle. Everything was done in a timely manner. He wasn't hard to get in touch with. Very professional and understanding. At least i can say he's not goin to just put u out there without any knowledge of wat u are doing as far as purchasing a vehicle. His coworkers will back up any information obtain and needed. If you have an acura, I've tried looking to other places that are certified to work on our car and I can't find anyone that does the work significantly cheaper. They do a good job and depending on the service you can drive a courtesy car for the day. I haven't felt like they've overcharged me for my services and when I had a lot of work done, they even the in a complementary oil change. I'd take my acura there every time.

Love the entire team at Acura Memphis. Ive lived in the area for four years now and although I bought my car while living in VA Beach, Acura Memphis has serviced my car ever since. They are always cordial and professional and more importantly I trust them because they have never led me astray. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market to purchase a car. They truly understand that the relationship with customers doesn't end with a new purchase, but that is where it begins. Service is everything. Keep up the great work!

This places its no longer good for the service anymore. if i were you try something different places to buy car and get better service. i'm also saying that for the future who wiling to buy the cars from here and then get service as well. its just really bad for the customer service in here. i'll never buy another from here again for my mdx 2018 model silver no more
