A below minimum standard experience. 2nd visit, both times the same. Multiple stories, a diagnosis fee charged for every separate issue, and trying to get every dollar they can out of you. Have owned an Acura in 3 states and have only found one reasonable dealer out of 4, and Memphis is not the one. This one may be the worst. I feel bad for individuals that think or accept that this dealer's approach is the standard.
Update: 3rd time is the charm, thanks to Doris. Honestly, all experiences should have been at that standard, but she is working hard to ensure all customers receive service at her level. Thank you for your hard work.
