I just purchased a new vehicle on yesterday and I am so thankful to God for Mr. Reco Savage, and Mr. Lamonte Harlin, they were a God send, I told them what I needed and what I desired, when I say they went over and beyond my expectation, very professional yet made me feel like they cared about my situation. They are definitely not out to stick anyone with anything, they care about the client and they make it their business to get you what you need in a timely manner without the hassle or anxiety that may come with purchasing a vehicle. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle please take it from me they are the best thing going in Memphis, and please ask for Reco Savage and he will not lead you wrong, and Mr. Lamonte Harlin will take care of you. May God bless both of these men and I pray that God takes them to another level higher than they could only imagine. Thanks again so much Be Blessed

It is always a pleasure going to the service Department at Acura of Memphis. Kameron Caldwell assisted me. I see so much growth and potential in him.

Doris the Service Manager always gives you her full attention as if you are the only one there. Dealing with the Service Acura make me want to purchase another Acura.

I have never in my 35 plus years of dealing with Service Department been treated or enjoy having my car serviced.

Outstanding service department visit from the time...

Outstanding service department visit from the time I arrived and greeted by Justin Cole to the personal walk through of explaining the cause for my visit by the service Manager Doris Merritt! Very strong first impression. Although they provided me with a loner, I stayed in the waiting area and felt totally at home. Refreshment staff very courteous.

Update: I still haven't got my floormats 3 months ...

Update: I still haven't got my floormats 3 months later. Bought a new car only to find out after I signed the paperwork that the car needed a new key fob $100 + $100 to get programmed the car needed a sd memory card in order for the radio to work properly $150 + $100 to get it programmed salesman told me he ordered floor mats a month and a half ago and I still haven't got them. Called today to find out he no longer works there. As always the customer is screwed in the end

I had a great experience at Acura of Memphis today! Justin my service advisor made it less stressful by communicating all the way through through the car service process. Dropped the car off in the morning and it was ready by noon. I recommend Acura of Memphis!

The staff is very friendly and they are v very professional. I love the way the sells person dedicated a whole lot of time to get my deal worked. The finance person worked overtime to make it happen. Not to mention the attention a gentleman working in the service department or housekeeping department went over and beyond his duties in making me feel extra special. My hats off to the entire staff for g the way they treat their clients.

The service was excellent and the service manager Doris Merritt is awesome. She listens and pays attention to customers concerns and she explains additional services that customers vehicles may require very thoroughly. She is kind, wears a smile and is very courteous. Great to get that kind of customer service! Keep up the great work Doris!!!

Acura Dealership in Memphis did a great job runnin...

Acura Dealership in Memphis did a great job running diagnostics on battery with a bad cell and replacing quickly as warranty replacement. Jay recommended I bring it in for another check since field service call, check and jump showed all good, but something just did seem right for the battery to lose charge after non stop driving for almost an hour and 5 min stop. Highly recommend service at Acura of Memphis.

I'll say this when this company and its owner need employees to flood the reviews to keep it up....there's a problem. They so not pay their employees fair, there for the work will never be up to par, the prices they offer do not reflect the quality. just stay away from anything Umanski.

Outstanding service from Russell Matthews at Acura of Memphis. He made my car buying experience easy and stress free for my first time buying a car. He was very patient with me and very nice and respectful. He got me exactly what I wanted and I could not be happier with my purchase. I helped my mother-in law (lives in Memphis and I am from Michigan) purchase a Buick Enclave and I looked from Michigan to Florida on the internet. I encountered several type of sales people many I just spoke to over the phone who didn't listen or didn't understand service. My last call was to Acura of Memphis where I spoke to Saleem Ali who had just took in a one owner accident free Enclave with an excellent service record. Without physically meeting him he said what can do and delivered the car the next day after it was prepped and cleaned. Many times you don't have trust in a person but we trusted him over the phone. Great Job Salem!

I had a great experience at Acura of Memphis. They worked really hard to find the car I wanted within the budget I needed. It took me a couple weeks to find the car that did both. They were great to work with and never pressured me to buy something I didn't get really want or couldn't afford. I will definitely go back to them next time my family needs a vehicle.

Recently had totaled my 2014 Honda Accord EX-L, went online searching for the same, couldn t find what I was looking for so I was looking at an alternative. Drove over to Acura of Memphis and talked to Rob S. and he discussed my situation with Hayden, GSM, and wow, a 2014 Accord same as what I had only a different color package. I had an overall excellent experience with them all. Great job gentleman....I can t think of enough wonderful adjectives to tell you how happy I am. Thank you for finding the car I wanted.

Let me just say that Abraham was a gift from the heavens! He refused to let me leave without getting the best car for my situation. I'm absolutely in love with my 2015 KIA Optima, and I had no hopes of getting anything remotely close to this year. I am always pleased with the service that I receive when I service my vehicle. I never have a problem getting a courtesy car, and Mrs. Doris is the best. If she ever leave it would be a tragedy. And the newest member I just met Mr. Justin was awesome as well. Very polite people and always willing to go the extra mile!

First time at this dealer and definitely not the last -- went in for a recall on my TSX without and appointment and was immediately greeted and taken care of by Brian Richards. Brian and the rest of the Acura team were excellent, professional, friendly and took care of my car's issue promptly!
Give this team my highest recommendation!
One last thing, the waiting area/snack bar -- one of the best, if not the best I've ever seen at a dealership!

I love the used MDX that i purchased but the experience was awful. The salesman showed me and my daughter a car we saw on line that was in terrible condition and when we said no to that car he showed us a very nice one after driving it and talking for a while he gave me a price i made a counter offer and they accepted it. After a long wait he, Michael, came back and said they had done all the paperwork on wrong car and the car i wanted was a lot more. My daughter really wanted the car so we negotiated and i paid $ 1,000.00 more than i originally offered. we where there all day. The salesman had said the car had additional warranty on it it did not. Then we made a list of things they would fix at no cost to us. I made an appointment to return the car because we live in Arkansas. The first time i brought it back the interior repair man never showed up. The outside was fixed. The second time i tried to bring the car he had quit and they had new man coming. The third time my daughter took the car and one of the managers talk terrible to her said when you buy a used car that is what you get. She ask him to look at our paperwork which said they would fit the console because it would not open, the windshield wipers where hitting each other and there was a really bad scratch on the glove box. Had they not made the list and agreed to do these things i would not have expected it. When we finally got the car back the glove box scratch was gone looks really good but console still doesn't open and windshield wipers are still broken hope it doesn't rain. My daughter says she will never go back there, so i am not sure what we are going to do about the console and wipers. They told me that they have a high turn over of salesmen i can see why.

A 5 star (first) experience until I was surprised with a bill higher than quoted for a replacement battery. I had been quoted the less expensive of two Acura batteries. I was notifed the car was ready, but no mention of the mistake. I was told when presented with the bill upon arrival that I needed the more expensive battery. Even more disappointing, and surprising, following an otherwise perfect service experience.

Paid $1,000 for tune-up adjustment service for 200...

Paid $1,000 for tune-up adjustment service for 2009 Acura TL. I pointed out before the job was done that there is oil in the 5th chamber. Car still not running like it s supposed to after work was done. 2 weeks after the work, I pulled out that same plug and oil is still in the chamber. 2 days from that, the car was taken back to Acura and Doris says that there is no oil on the plug but couldn t explain how I saw oil 2 days ago and now the oil disappeared. She ran a diagnostic on the car but refused to give me a copy of it. What are y all hiding? I ve never not received a copy of work performance of any kind out of the 11 yrs I ve been coming here until now. I know that my little business don t mean anything, but I ll take it somewhere else.

I got my dream car - my very first Acura MDX 2018 ...

I got my dream car - my very first Acura MDX 2018 here very recently. Great service and wonderful people. Our salesperson was Russell Matthews. He was awesome in every way. I couldn't come to pick up my car so he delivered it to me and also spent time teaching me the functionality and came back the next day to add an accessory that couldn't be added earlier. He seemed like "i will go the extra mile for my client" kind of person and that is really what client service is all about. That is what sets you apart from the others. I highly recommend him for anyone that is planning to buy a car from here. I'm a happy Acura owner! :)

Acura of Memphis sold me a car with part of the frame held together with bondo. After hitting a deer while on vacation in Texas my daughter had the car towed to a reputable dealer s repair shop. They refused to work on it, because of previous shoddy repair work . I called Acura of Memphis for help. Their response was that they did not see the prior poor repair work when they did their inspection before selling me the car. You bought the car as is and refused to help. They would not even find us a repair shop that would fix it, like they said they would do. My daughter was stranded 741 miles from home, with three children under five, with adsolutely no help from Acura of Memphis.
