Each visit I am fortunate to deal with Brian Richards, who gives exemplary service. My TSX was filthy inside & out, & after an oil change it came out better looking than if I'd washed & serviced myself---& I'm a stickler for cleanliness. Thanks again for topnotch customer care, Brian!!
