Like a chain store, and they can take better care of the customer than in a private hotel. !

Room cards often do not open the door, you have to wait for the elevator for hours. Possible sign of descent by massacres.

Rooms are big. Some of them after renovations are definitely nicer than the older ones. Medium sized bathroom, a little too few shelves for cosmetics. Few towels. There are not enough elevators for such a large and crowded hotel. For this very cozy lobby and Cafe bar next to it. It is also worth checking out the restaurant on the 1st floor. A nice selection of wines. Rich breakfasts, a large selection of dishes. Available gluten-free bread. Nice but busy service at the reception.

ABSOLUTELY LOVED NOVOTEL POZ AN! I stayed here w/ a tour group and loved the brief stay and wish I could of spent more time, not only in this cracking hotel but stunning city. The room was massive, clean and had a great view. Everything from the lobby to bar, dining area to breakfast provided, COULD. NOT. FAULT. And location was A+!! Thank you so much and wish to visit again real soon! Cheers.

Very little parking lot. You have to look in the neighborhood or in a shopping mall. Quite a lot about it.
Through the ventilation you can hear everyone from the adjoining rooms.
Good food.
Overall more minuses than pluses.

Nice hotel, rooms are good with all you need (incl coffee/ tea). Breakfast is good (but can be crowded) and service is okay. Definitely a good place to stay for a business trip or likewise.

Hotel standards as befits Novotel. However, the service gives 1 star. We were with the boy for the weekend, the lady at the reception (black hair, probably Olivia) very arrogant, unpleasant, she tried to stretch us for the more expensive room. Zero class considering it is a 4-star hotel. In addition, on the second day of our stay, our two cards in the room suddenly stopped working and we could not get inside.

It is very unfortunate the rating in stars i give this does not match what the hotel calls itself. The room is very dated. I have not seem a tube television for at least 6 years. The room is very warm. So warm in fact, i had to buy my own fan to remain somewhat comfortable at night with the thermostat set to its lowest temperature. Next up, Wifi. Signal sucked so bad, I used my phone as a hotspot....unacceptable in the year 2017, period. Staff was very friendly and housekeeping did a great job though.

The hotel undergoes a renovation. Ample breakfast with big variety of foods. Hotel kind of difficult to access by public transportation even though centrally located.

It does not meet the standards of the chain or the brand.
It is well located but the accesses to the reception and the garage are not obvious.
It is in remodeling (necessary) and I hope it serves to improve.

Hotel in a very good location. The fact that the building (?) Is being shared with an Ibis hotel is somewhat confusing. Long waiting times to check in (large queue), staff could show more interest in the guest.

Second approach to Novotel Poznan Centrum. Definitely better than the first. Room available from 11.00 (we asked for an early check-in the day before) Executive room, very nice. Quiet, comfortable and clean. We rested perfectly. Thank you.

I was robbed of my smartphone and cash in my room for breakfast. The hotel is under construction and the landing cameras do not work to identify whoever did it.

Luxury is in good condition, next to a good shopping center and very close to the city center.

Located in the centrum of Poznan, highly convenient to walk around for all the needs. Grocery shops, malls, shopping street... All are nearby.

I would recommend !!! Room very clean. A hotel on a large level. Air-conditioned. Breakfast is real poetry. And if you can not remove and count rams, call number 4 and they will bring you a cup of hot milk

Large, centrally located hotel. The rooms are quite spacious, the decor is attractive and well maintained. The restaurant is functional, the service courteous and quite fast. Breakfast and dinner buffet exceeded my expectations (compared to other hotels in this category) exceeded.

This hotel is better than the new hotel in Wroclaw.

A week at the hotel. And I already know that I do not want to go back there. Air conditioning in the room howls, but the only effect is allergic irritation, because it's probably never cleaned. It is colder in the corridor to open the door. Water flies dirty - supposedly through old pipes. You have to let it run for half an hour to make it clean. Instead of towels, there is a substitute at which Pepco is a real luxury. If someone is going there - it's better to take your own. I do not watch television, I did not turn it on because it is probably a museum exhibit and it is probably a dubious decoration of a room. The worst is that in the training room where I worked, someone without imagination installed air conditioners so that half of the room can be frozen and the window still hot. Anyway, on the last day she hung up and the service simply covered the topic in the world. Parking is a misunderstanding. There are always no vacancies, even if there are free places. But when they let in, they will not reach the room with one elevator. The service will cover the card openings with tape so you can only go to the ground floor and then change with a walk. Communist may have worked as a standard. But now it only proves that Accor is a network where you should not trust the stars. A hotel with three stars can be better than one with four. And let me write an apology for the audience here - your reaction to any requests at the hotel shows that the client is to bring money and let them go away.

Breakfast is a very big mistake. Chefs who can't make simple fried eggs or an omelette. Until today I was convinced that I know what an omelette looks like but Novotel Pozna Centrum showed me that I was wrong. I ordered the omelette with bacon and chives and I got such inedible culinary "wonder" below the picture. A friend ordered planted, he got something charred ... Plus the great chaos prevailing at breakfast. Hygienic standards also leave a lot to be desired. No napkin for cutting bread. Everyone took bread in their hands, that is, it was possible to eat a good bread. I do not know why these 4 stars ... I do not recommend

The hotel can be nice ... but I left things in it .... 4 contact ... ... 3 a beaker and no answer ..... At 4 I found out that there is no option for the hotel to send the items even at my expense ... Sad it. It's good that a friend could come ...

Not worth the price! Rooms dated and of very basic standard. 10 Years old Tv, remote not working... Cleaning service didnt even bother to hoover the room. Reception staff shockingly unplesant on both arrival and checkout. Very limited parking spaces.

Breakfast was good and planty of choice. Amazing localisation just few minut walk from the old town.

Stayed at hotel from 26 Jan to 28 when we arrived at 12 rooms were not ready which wasn't a problem when we came back rooms ready safe in room not working went to reception she said would get it sorted next morning it wasn't done then when we used towels on Saturday one of them was covered in blood went down to reception girl was all apologies said would replace towel it wasn't replaced then when we checked some of the other towels 2 of them were dirty considering that you are a 4 star hotel your service was very disappointing and would I recommend Novatel I doubt it very much i was very disapointed

Well placed, comfortable beds, clean bathroom, friendly service and very good breakfasts.

A good place for a business stay, training. Very uneven service. One lady at the reception could serve as a model of excellent service, the other aggressive, not listening and hostile to customers.
During the training, the coffee buffet was displayed in front of the room. Unfortunately, no one watched him and people from the city, hotel guests effectively left us with all the refreshments and drank coffee.

I lost the first day - I received a room different than it was supposed to be. The room was not cleaned. It was only after three hours of waiting that we changed our room - despite informing the staff. Novotel recognized this as a standard and does not take into account complaints. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
