We don't come often, but regularly and are usually very satisfied: we like the rooms (the west-facing ones are very noisy (due to the tram) and also very hot in summer.

The hotel was visibly changed, the rooms modernized, everything looks more modern, fresher, friendlier, more comfortable, more contemporary - we like the "new" NOVOTEL / IBIS a lot!

The location is great (the shopping mall "Stary Browar / Alte Brauerei" is a two-minute walk away, the market square and the train station each about 10 minutes). The breakfast is still sensational: most of it is fresh, the offer is very rich, the staff friendly and helpful.

In April 2019 the only point of criticism: the air conditioning in the room was broken and didn't work even after a complaint: the curtains drawn by housekeeping at our request brought some relief, but did not replace cooling. Opening the windows at night is not a real option, as the street in front of the window and the tram from 5 a.m. to after 11 p.m. are very noisy: at least on the west side, improvements should urgently be made here before summer.

The underground car park is comparatively expensive (approx. 75.00 PLN / 18.00 / day).

A suggestion for the reception: it is international practice to ask guests for the desired currency before debiting their credit card and not simply to take into account the euro exchange rate (which is significantly worse for the customer compared to the official daily rate).

Room coolly decorated and clean. View from the 16th floor to Pozna . Everything is ok. The food in the restaurant is also tasty. Fast lifts. On the minus roads parking (70 / day) and not in a hotel and nearby Gallery. I was unlucky = leaky window and the wind howl. I did not want to move during the night, I paid the company so I gave up. But at such a price it is poor ...

I love breakfast at the Novotel. Every visit to Warsaw can not wait for them. Rooms nice, clean. In the bathroom I almost always hit the bathtub. But this is not a minus. After a hard day, a long, warm bath is at a premium.

Upon arrival, we found an unpleasant view of the underground car park, which was hard to find at all. Lack of any markings, let alone reflections, and inside the shabby walls, moisture and dirt. A completely disgusting first impression for a quality hotel. We did not have the strength to read the rules, because it was very late and a long journey behind us. In the morning it turned out that the fee for this "parking" is ... 78 PLN !!! The self-respecting hotels would be ashamed to collect any fee (or perhaps symbolic) for a completely unmarked (I am interested in the provisions) and a repulsive place that turned out to be the showcase of this "hotel". By the way, we could read previous reviews about this place ..

Hotel big, quiet and very nice. Great location - close to the Main Railway Station, Old Brewery, to the Market Square, you can walk in 10 minutes. Room clean, comfortably furnished, from the thirteenth floor we had a fantastic view of Poznan. Nice service, but one thing puzzles me - the image of the receptionist - 4 * hotel, and the ladies were dressed in red polo shirts ... A little elegant greeting of the guest.

I had a better impression of staying in more than one Ibis hotel and it seemed to me that Novotel should be a bit better. The only difference is the size of the room. Food (breakfasts) tasty though I got a shell in scrambled eggs. I hope that the information will help you improve.

As a weekly hotel guest, I rate the menu card low.
I also judge how to make beds.
Some TV sets are too old, and remote controls for them make it impossible to change the image size, etc.

At first I was skeptical but when I went inside it shocked me. Hotel nice, clean, well-kept, friendly service. Only the price for a high room;)

I was there for training. Rooms well equipped and in good technical condition. Sound system satisfactory. Good quality breaks and meals. Tasty coffee. I would recommend :)

4-star hotel, 490 PLN, breakfast 60 PLN, parking 75 PLN. For this price, you could expect fireworks and fountains. The room on the 16th floor is misleading with a bit of a "wow, top floor". Try to come down for breakfast, go back to the room and then go down again to the checkout when the elevator (2 out of 4 operate) stops every two floors. I used to visit the Novotel in Gda sk several times, which is a cozy hotel. The one in Poznan is a moloch, where in (some, I hope for other lucky ones) the rooms have stopped in 1993.

Very trendy little hotel in the heart of Poznan, Poland. The rooms are a decent size with modern furnishings. The cafe and restaurant both have good food at a very reasonable price. They offer room service until 11 pm. The hotel is perfect for small conferences, in my opinion, 300 or less.

A hotel in a perfect location for me. It is a pity that it went to renovation, which nobody informed earlier.

Rooms are not as big as one would expect from a four star hotel. Room cleaning service is not exactly detailed when it comes to the daily cleaning. Apart from that, it's fine. Still, I would always choose a Sheraton due to the above two points.

I would recommend purely nice service. The room was not the first time I rented for my clients. I recommend a hotel in Poznan.

The hotel was ok, the room was of the usual standard, the parking lot was too small, and the expensive ones, breakfasts ok for supper, I waited 40 minutes but it was the day the markets were there.

I have had the opportunity to visit Novotel Pozna many times, but for the first time I had a view of the Brewery from the window.

The hotel is generally ok. Apart from the fact that the "beer market" ended with beer. Which would have made the time of waiting for a custom taxi half an hour, because there was so much waiting. The umbrella also ran out.

Great location right by the Old Brewery. Renovated interiors with Tytus Brzozowski's murals. Own coffee roaster. Spacious rooms, friendly service and tasty dishes in the restaurant. Recommended.

On a good day, when you came to the hotel, the lady at the reception very coldly and dismissively (you were very eager to get rid of us) came up to us because we arrived 2 hours too quickly to float the guests. A week at the hotel. And I already know that I do not want to go back there. Air conditioning in the room howls, but the only effect is allergic irritation, because it's probably never cleaned. It is colder in the corridor to open the door. Water flies dirty - supposedly through old pipes. You have to let it run for half an hour to make it clean. Instead of towels, there is a substitute at which Pepco is a real luxury. If someone is going there - it's better to take your own. I do not watch television, I did not turn it on because it is probably a museum exhibit and it is probably a dubious decoration of a room. The worst is that in the training room where I worked, someone without imagination installed air conditioners so that half of the room can be frozen and the window still hot. Anyway, on the last day she hung up and the service simply covered the topic in the world. Parking is a misunderstanding. There are always no vacancies, even if there are free places. But when they let in, they will not reach the room with one elevator. The service will cover the card openings with tape so you can only go to the ground floor and then change with a walk. Communist may have worked as a standard. But now it only proves that Accor is a network where you should not trust the stars. A hotel with three stars can be better than one with four. And let me write an apology for the audience here - your reaction to any requests at the hotel shows that the client is to bring money and let them go away.

Stay ok. You can not cling very much.
Two points that lowered my impressions:
TV in a deplorable condition - it could not be anymore.
The second case is due to personal preferences. I can not stand the curtains in the shower. A clean bathroom with no other reservations. I just do not like the curtains sticking to the body shower.
