Good localization. Tasty meals. High prices, and their diversity is related to different standard rooms, although the hotel has 4 *, however, cheaper rooms, although they have everything you need, closer to the decor, furniture, etc. to eg Etaphotel. A lot of conference rooms. Very close to Stary Browar. About a 15 minute walk to the Old Town.

High standard, charming receptionists with a sense of humor, delicious cheesecake and coffee.

In general staff was really nice and pleasant.
Room reasonably clean.

Some mainatiance work was really noisy and woke me up at 7:30 am ;(
Room had also some constant beeping that did not allow me to sleep properly.
I haven't got time to mention that to reception as I had to rush in the morning.

Hotel decent only these TVs it's a pity to talk, flat ok and old boxes are just a thing to give away, for such a hotel should be all decent

Hotel in the center of Poznan. Rooms small clean. During the stay, only two elevators operated, the number of such elevators is insufficient. For this reason, I was forced several times during the day to walk on the 11th floor. Cardiovascular workout at the gym.

It was described as a design room, but there's nothing in the room, no mini-bar. Not even hand towel!
Using plastic cups for the bathroom and in-room.
Service:
Got an email to ask me to do online check-in, and the key will be "waiting" for me. That's not the case, we arrived 11.30pm, waited for a grumpy old man behind the counter to prepare the key for 5 mins at least even though we have paid.

Hotel:
It was under renovation, we were not informed about this at the time of booking. It could have been made clear on the homepage. It's kind of dead, no lobby, no chairs, no atmosphere, a construction site.

Location:
Good, across from a large mall.

A hotel in a perfect location for me. It is a pity that it went to renovation, which nobody informed earlier.

Impossibly unprofessional Front Office Manager, who completely ignored the fact that after one night (a 2-night business trip), during my afternoon/evening absence in the room where my things were left and "do not disturb" sign hanged on the door knob, they checked-in somebody else and my stuff was taken to some storage no one knew where... The Front Office Manager, after learning about the issue, stopped answering his phone (it was after midnight and I was standing in the lobby for almost two hours). The next day, around my check-out time, the Front Office Manager apparently did not even considered it appropriate to apologize to me in person...
One of the worst Front Office Managers ever.
Only the night shift receptionist was truly engaged and trying her best.
I do not recommend the experience.

Hotel during renovation, rooms, old televisions not receiving channels. As a novotel you should have more comfort as for me, these are 2 stars. I came to you without checking photos of the rooms because the name novotel is always associated with good quality, unfortunately, the case showed something else. greetings

I like this hotel very much. High prices, but that's Novotel. Close to the station and the center. Breakfast is very rich - I recommend an omelette to order.

After refurbishment, the standard has improved. I would recommend.

Company party: the service is great, they really care, the food is good even though it does not throw you on your knees and for this price probably should, therefore a small minus. But I can recommend this place. As for the hotel, I don't know. I didn't use the accommodation.

Very small beds. Hotel is tired and run down. Breakfast was incredibly crowded. Hotel seems overcapacity with tourists.

Big and nicely decorated rooms are the only plus for me. It is impossible to adjust the temperature of the water in the tap and in the shower - hot or cold water is flying. Five for the location. There is everything that should be in this type of facility - underground and above-ground parking, lots of nice and spacious, clean rooms. The kitchen is very good, the breakfast is rich and everything is plentiful (and with this in Pozna it is different), the dinners are very good. A great place for a company meeting (eg training) or as a starting point for exploring Pozna .
