Holiday Inn Wroclaw Review

Purely in the room. Breakfast good but few cheeses and little sons to choose from. The rest is very good. Parking behind the hotel. Overall 4/5 service ok. No iron. There is a dryer. A kettle of tea and coffee.

Stayed at the beginning of March this year and I can only recommend the hotel. We arrived by train to the hotel which was 15 minutes walk. It is not far to the old town. The hotel is great, the rooms are large and modern. Even with the cleanliness there is nothing to complain about. Breakfast is rich and good.

Very friendly place. It's very eco-style. Friendly service.

Great place .... I like this hotel. Tasty breakfasts and also worth spending relatively little money. I recommend - often promotions in reservations, and hence a sensational price

Very nice hotel, almost in the center of the city of Wroclaw.
Very friendly staff, during the meal everyone was super explained, the food was also very tasty.
If we come back to Wroclaw we will definitely stay there overnight.
What is not so great is the cost of parking, but as I heard it is the same in the other hotels.

Excellent breakfast, strategic location and very comfortable beds

Good location, ok service, minus too large and versatile Scandinavian retro in the rooms. Super take care of the climate and eco, but in every room bath;) just love the bath ... but you understand;) assessing the hotel bearing in mind hotels in Wroclaw 4g gives 4. I do not know what to write, I just like it, they are often affordable prices. Room for 1 person often below PLN 370

Super central location, we were able to reach everything on foot. Less than 10 minutes to the market place. Numerous bars and shops in less than 5 minutes. Tram and bus stops right outside the door. The hotel car park, like all car parks in Wroclaw, is really expensive. We parked a side street away. Free of charge on weekends and therefore we paid 27 zlotys for two working days at the parking machine instead of 206 zlotys for the same period. The room was absolutely sufficient and clean. AMAZING breakfast. We would come back.

And yet I took a chance and came back.
This time I had a room in the renovated part ... It's already high class.
The staff had to take notes from my last visit, because they did not mention the subject that acts like a blanket on me ...
And guess what ... They didn't show that I used to be nasty.
If I spend the night again and it will be like the last visit, I will give 5 stars.
With a clear conscience.
I can give so much for breakfast :)

And below is something that was ... But let's try not to remember it anymore ...

Based on the assessment:
The standard seems to be high, but the glory years of some of the equipment are over.

It was definitely outrageous to ask for a credit card number or to pay a deposit for the consumption of the minibar when registering at the reception.
If the staff PROPOSED to open an account it wouldn't be a problem.
But the REQUEST from the security deposit or card number made me feel treated like a potential thief ...

(By the way, I read somewhere that according to generally accepted rules, a superior room should have a minibar for free, but that's not the point).

With this equipment: The ventilation and heating system requires service. Works loud and medium-efficient.

Clean with rather ok, but in the attached photo you can see the joints in the bathroom. Guess what these dark spots are ...

To be fair, the breakfasts are plentiful, varied and tasty.

I spend the night in Wroc aw about 15-20 times a year on business. I cannot say "see you" because I will rather use the competition's offers as before.

An average hotel, stuffy rooms despite the air conditioning

The hotel met our expectations, very good breakfast. Rooms spacious, large and fully equipped. In the bathroom, the bathtub, minus is a quite loud fan in it.

Hotel located in the area of the old town. A little poorly, that at the street because when it opens, the window is loud. Rooms very nice. There's a bar downstairs. Sauna and gym available. Prices are quite high but you can find an attractive offer.

Really nice hotel with many breakfast options. Also the rooms are big and really confortabile.

Welcoming helpful staff. Spacious spotless rooms with tea and coffee facilities. Excellent breakfast. Perfect location to Old Town.

The location is really fantastic, as it is an easy walk into the old town to the north, business area to the south, and train and bus stations to the east of the hotel. The rooms are well maintained, and the breakfast buffet has solid variety of options (I haven't been to the restaurant in the evenings to say about that). The fitness center is of a good size too.

Nice clean hotel with nice stuff. Stuff is always willing to help. We had junior suite room which was great. Breakfast was delicious. This hotel is about 10-15 minutes by walk from the square.

Good breakfast, nice rooms, a bit of noise from the street

Room was dirty, they didn't change the towels, no soap for 3 days, nobody changed it. Will not visit again.

The room was spacious and looked fancy. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was very friendly. The hotel was also located at a convenient spot, not too far away from the centre and public transport in front of the door.

Comfortable rooms, good location, tasty breakfast, parking above ground is comfortable. Klima works well, only trams are heard from the street and the mattresses are quite hard.

Great hotel to be honest, I stay very regularly for business trips, which means absolutely no need to go to a high end hotel in Wroclaw as the Scandic really does cover it all for; value, cleanliness, service and location. I have stayed at the Monopol Wroclaw and wished I hadn't, so there you go.

If you have no expectations this hotel will pleasantly surprise you. But why sleep in a hotel if you don't have expectations? The cleanliness of the hotel and the personal culture of the employees working in the restaurant is sad. Generally, you feel that you are a customer, not a guest.

Newly renovated lobby. As always, again a good stay at Scandic Wroclaw.

Price too high for the quality, size and arrangement. Poor and monothematic cuisine. Operation little competent. Leaving the hotel on Monday at 10.00 the staff wanted to charge for parking for all Monday. The spa does not exist. Nobody cleaned or thrown in rubbish for 3 days. Plus - good location.

The hotel is great, especially the location is a big plus, but some rooms require a change in design.

Hotel in a very good location, however, the room in which we stayed crying for renovation ... Yellow, worn wallpaper, gray carpeting and in the bathroom a fungus in joints between tiles ... Unfortunately, the price is inadequate to what we found. Service very nice and helpful, there is no problem with storing luggage until a later hour on the day of departure.

Great place with character. The hotel is located in the city center and close proximity to the main station. Easy access to the plaza. Rooms are fully equipped, high-quality service. You can have a good rest in comfortable beds, enjoy an exquisite meal and feel like God.

Amazing. I loved this hotel, they even have bicycles to lend you at no additional cost. The best breakfast I've seen in a hotel.

Nicely situated hotel on the edge of the center. You walk straight into the city center. Good rooms and simple but good breakfast.

The hotel is under renovation in the entire lobby of the Hotel, only 1 elevator has broken and all evacuation systems are not working, hope it does not start burning, then people get stuck and can not get out, reported it at the reception but still no one help how can i get out of 4 floor if it starts to burn, hope that someone who takes responsibility for security takes responsibility for their job, because right now it looks like the front desk can not find the solution and can also not leave sensible message . It is hoped that the situation will be examined and preventive purpose determined in such cases. In Sweden, it would never happen to any of Scandic's hotels, but in Poland who knows maybe it is permissible that the staff does not know what to do in such cases

Very nice hotel. Excellent value for money and easy walking distance to old town. Well served by trams too. Very nice expansive breakfast.

Watch out! Pillows and blankets of standard rooms very germinated. Really disgusting. In addition, a saggy mattress which odiously smelled of urine. Change to another room did not improve. Same smell. Allegedly by dry cleaning.
In addition, fans in the bathroom very loud, who has a delicate sleep will have his pleasure ...

Only in the 3rd and last night there was a room upgrade. New mattresses, quiet fan and no mold. Go then.

Delicious food, service at the highest level :) Approach to the customer with great care. I was very happy with the possibilities of dishes without food.

Attended a meeting there. All the things are exceptionally managed. There is a bar on the ground floor which has a good crowd.
