Apricot Capital Group Review

I absolutely do not recommend anyone to buy an apartment from this developer!
I bought an apartment in the Madison Apartments estate. During the finishing works, a hidden defect of the premises appeared in the form of a wet ceiling. For many weeks I had to fight with the developer to have the fault recognized. Currently, Apricot does not want to cover the costs I incurred in this connection (i.e. longer rental of a flat, expert opinions, travel), despite the fact that an independent court expert has clearly stated that the defect cannot continue the finishing works, which I received the answer that his decision she was too hasty. Well, hands drop. Unfortunately, the further fight for the money owed to us will have to take place in court, which makes it very difficult to enjoy moving into a new apartment.
What's more, Apricot's chief investment officer treats his customers lightly, like, "you want to go to court, go ahead, I don't care."
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Unfortunately, it was nice and pleasant only until the apartment was bought. Then there was total olew. To get a reply to an e-mail, you have to remind yourself several times. Everything is done with great grace. Any reported faults are obviously not their fault and they don't care. Each of the ladies from the sales office says something different, they contradict themselves.

The administration hired by the developer is also a total failure. Everything will be done "tomorrow" "soon" and "by the end of the week" and so for a few weeks. Replying to an e-mail is a great celebration, as well as a received call. Massacre.

I do not recommend it, the developer does not perform warranty repairs.

Several times during the month I tried to call the developer to the number of the new investment, no one answers the phone. I sent two requests for contact using the contact form on the site and no response. No telephone, no email. Developer, please God.

Professional service at every stage of real estate purchase. High personal culture of employees. Nice and cozy office.

The company is a failure! It is different when buying an apartment and the developer's promise, and something else after taking the apartment. I do not recommend it with all my heart!

In all my life I bought dozens of properties. Most in the country, a few abroad, but for the first time I was asked to leave the sales office because I didn't make an appointment by phone. As it turned out on the spot, the lady behind the large desk did not have time although no one was there except the receptionist. The standard may be known in Asian countries and the former Commonwealth of Independent States, but in a civilized part of Europe? Quaint customer service who is willing to pay PLN 13,000 per square meter. Best wishes for sales.

Place very well connected and constantly expanding, with great potential

I do not recommend anyone to buy an apartment from this developer. We bought an apartment on Szamocka Street, after the apartment was picked up during renovation works, there was a hidden defect in the apartment (wet ceiling), so that the developer undertook to repair the defect, we had to "fight" with them for a few weeks, now they do not want to cover the costs we incurred in connection with this, we have another fight ahead, this time in court. It's really not worth breaking your nerves, instead of enjoying a new apartment, we only have problems.
Moreover, the attitude of the employees and the director of apricot towards the client is disrespectful, I really do not recommend it!
