I recommend, we made a reservation for our guests and were satisfied

We had a small cozy room. I was very surprised to see a bathtub in the bathroom, not a shower, a pleasant surprise))) not far from the Poznan main station, to the old town, too, 15 minutes walk

Terrible. We arrived late and were welcomed with construction noise and building material. A room was in a totally neglected hallway. Key did not work. Back to reception, in noise and dust. Elevator was not working. Other elevator was filthy. If we had known this, we would never have come here.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at. High standard room, friendly service, interesting facilities with a bar and restaurant that serves a really tasty breakfast. I definitely recommend it.

Novotel like everybody, this one does not stand out with anything special. No parking spaces, although the hotel declares them, as a replacement I was sent to a nearby gallery to leave the car there. As for a 4 * hotel, I think it is too weak for guests to carry their suitcases from the gallery to the hotel, from which you still have to leave, I got lost :( you will not please everyone, but for me this parking lot at the hotel means a lot when I travel, I like to leave my car and stay do not worry about how to get out of it, you have to find a concierge so that someone can raise my card. I suggest to simplify it, because I found out about the fact that I can park in the gallery.

A high standard hotel with a delicious and varied breakfast. Nice atmosphere, professional service.

Very good location at an affordable price. Hotel clean, tidy, modern. Service reliable and trouble-free. Always happy to help and smiling. A well-kept and fully working room. Nothing creaked, dripped, creaked. I would recommend!

Hotel as a place of approx.
On the plus side, the location. Clean rooms. On the top floor, great views. Unfortunately, the air-conditioning did not work in the room, which made it stuffy. Windows without handles, so it is impossible to unseal them.
Fast elevator.
Unfortunately, when you go down it can stop 8 times along the way. You can get nauseous.
Food mediocre. There is no madness. The service is nice. I would think about a longer stay. For 1 day, approx.

Hotel decent only these TVs it's a pity to talk, flat ok and old boxes are just a thing to give away, for such a hotel should be all decent

Nice hotel, prices for this standard ok. Rooms after renovation, views of Poznan excellent. Food at the highest level! Small minus is the lack of parking. Overall, I highly recommend it.

A hotel worth recommending. Room clean, well-kept, cleaned daily. Breakfasts in the buffet tasty and fresh. Minus for heating. The room was cold, after changing the temperature to a higher one, and so after 5 minutes the thermostat changed to 20 degrees. Nevertheless, I recommend it

I'm scarce to give the stars because at this time (Aug 2017) they are doing some internal work (I don't know since when) .. His lobby looks cramped and ugly, but luckily the staff at the desk are friendly and attentive. Parking is little and difficult because sometimes the barriers do not open. It is a very large hotel but with only two large elevators which still travel fast. There is a third elevator but there are three people in it. The rooms a little dated but large and kept clean with city views from 4 sides depending on where your room is. It is a 16-story hotel. Very central and with taxi service at the entrance. In 15 minutes on foot you are in the central square.
My low stars are for the remodeling in work in this period and for the small and not looking well he areas inside of the Hotel. Small parking. But the staff of the hotel is great and lovely. The rooms are a little old but big and clean. Have a refrigerator and water drink. And you can see the nice views of the city from the room. In 15 minutes walking from the hotel you are in center place of the city.

Unfortunately, staying in this hotel was not the most pleasant despite the high price for the room. In the room you can hear what the guest is doing behind the wall, what conversations lead, etc. Breakfast as there is a place to sit it is already a success, the quality of meals very poor, scrambled eggs with powder, poor coffee. In a word, the last time I stayed at this place. In addition, at check-in at 20:40, the lady at the reception had to make sure that my room was already cleaned.

One building is Ibis and Novotel only on other floors. Common hall, reception, restaurant - breakfast, bar. The rooms of the same size only different decor basically without major differences. It is not worth overpaying for N.

Four-star hotel, but the room was very modestly furnished, I had a 2-bed room and there was 1 chair, 1 bottle of water with 2 small plastic (!) Cups, very little space in the closet. Very expensive breakfast in the hall as in the school canteen, we regretted that we did not order breakfast in the room. Pros of this place is nice and efficient hotel service, clean throughout the facility, very comfortable bed, bathroom adequately equipped.

Very nice hotel, super fast elevators and friendly staff. There was a problem with the sink though. It didn't drain the water.

Honestly I have nothing to say apart from the fact that our stay was nice, and we were able to rest comfortably in a quiet, clean room.

I know that the hotel after renovation. Wow great . A matter of taste but I liked the cafe and its surroundings downstairs, the restaurant also, with an even more cozy bar. Very nice service. Delicious meals, they make omelik at hand. A bunch of nice (culinary) surprises to discover on the spot. The best in the room. First class bathroom, bed and bedding (I will not overdo it) - it slept perfectly. I always had a place in the underground car park or in front of the hotel.

Nice rooms, elegant bathrooms. Tasty breakfasts and very friendly service. I subtract one star for poor air conditioning, but rather ventilation and lack of communication between employees. I was to collect the invoice for the stay in person, and it turned out that it had been sent by post before my arrival.

I like the hotel policy, connected with social business responsibility and encouraging customers to not waste food, water and energy . A card about the possibility of receiving warm milk instead of counting rams for sleep - a wonderful . Chapeau bass for handling 500 rooms.

Nice hotel, very good location. It could be cleaner. Elevators are crowded at the time you have to wait 10 minutes under the elevator to come over because there are only 2.

Great hotel with piano on the first floor. Breakfast is ok. Location is great. Approximately 15 minutes from the old town.

A very good hotel for the price. I spent the night dozen times, without any hiccups. The breakfasts are a bit weaker, but this does not affect my overall rating. I recommend :)

A hotel that's about a 15 minute walk from the train and bus stations, and a 5 minute walk from the shops. The airport is about a half hour ride away by taxi. The members of staff are helpful and courteous. They arranged two boxed breakfasts on the days we had early starts. The cooked breakfast was excellent, with lots of food choices, some of the local. We slept well here.

Very good hotel conditions. The service was nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and tidy.
One downside - there are no elevators in times of heavy traffic. There are not enough of them, and sometimes it takes a long time to reach the upper floor.
When it comes to restaurants, the food is good and the products are always fresh.

Hotel almost in the center of Poznan. A lot of conference rooms.

Really nice, and quite inexpensive. Rooms clean, and modern. Breakfast was great, with a good selection of hot and cold food. Baby cot was prepared and ready to go on arrival. Thank you!

Very poor service. Had to wait almost one hour for burger.
