The hotel has 5 whistles but it does not deserve it

GTAND Hotel is a beautiful Art Nouveau building built in 1927, but finished for many years. Initially, it was called the Casino. Celebrities from around the world visited here, there was even Hitler and Putin. The Sheraton located by the GRAND HOTEL no longer looks as impressive and dignified as GRAND, which deserves even 6 stars !!!

A hotel with the highest standards, one can say that it is a Polish Burj Al Arab. Convenient location literally "a stone's throw" from the beach. Spacious rooms, large bathrooms and above all clean. In addition, the bathrooms took care of the care and fresh towels and bathrobes. Comfortable beds, beautiful view of the beach from the windows. Service for 5. Excellent breakfasts, there is no such hotel in any Polish hotel. A huge selection of high-quality dishes. A beautiful hotel garden. I can not fault anything. I will definitely come back here again. I remember the time spent here pleasantly. With the rest, I recommend this unique place to everyone.

A perfect place. Beautiful rooms (apartment), excellent breakfast in both restaurant and room service, great food through room service, beautiful view, great bedding, great cosmetics, good tv, beach, Sopot and the best service in Poland. If Sopot is only Grand!

Hotel No. 1 in Sopot. They spent the night here, Hitler and De Gaulle. Real 5 stars with history.

Very nice atmosphere, friendly service, small but intimate pool with views of the beaches, sea and pier! I will not mention the location !!! Generally not cheap but it's worth it :-)

Very nice old hotel. Very nice rooms and friendly staff. In summer you can sit outside on the terrace and enjoy the view.

Fantastic view of the beaches and bay, tasty cuisine, the hotel shows a tooth of time - I visited the hotel after a break of almost 25 years, OK but big ... it doesn't break the prestige there used to be.

Amazing hotel, amazing service, and amazing location

The hotel met our expectations, but we were disturbed by the creaking bathroom door, broken shower handset, and breakable safe. At breakfast, the lady cleaned our plates, while we didn't even start eating, we got up from the table, only put the pancakes on the children, we come back and empty ... Unfortunately, she couldn't apologize, which is a pity ...

We didn't stay here we used the facilities during the day. It has a great location, many facilities such as spa. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The best hotel in all of Poland and I would like to mention the most beautiful and great girl works in the hotel her name is weronika she helped me and answered all my questions with a great smile also she is very professional in her career I hope to her a good and happy life

I recommend Small Bar, very nice people run, a friendly atmosphere for vacationers relaxing over a glass of wine or a glass of beer, and you can also have a tasty bite. In the evening it will soothe the view - on one side of the sea and on the other the Grand Hotel. I would recommend !!!

A fifth star for interesting history and view. Both the hotel and the hotel Service at the highest level, a unique atmosphere, which is introduced by a harpist playing from time to time in the bar. Design is a bit of a thing in the past ... but it is still consistent with the whole. This is my third stay at this place.

The location of the hotel is great, but the rooms as for "Gierek." Price relation to the standard of the room very poor. Food on breakfasts great.

Although a really lovely hotel with lots of character, I am on the road a lot and train in the early mornings the problem is their fitness centre only opens at 7 which makes it impossible to then get a decent gym session. 1 hour earlier opening time makes a big difference.

The view from the room is spectacular and there is a great bar in reception. Not all is bad here I am just disappointed that in a 5 star hotel doesn't offer a better fitness service.

Definitely worth the stay if you are coming for a romantic weekend with your partner

We stayed here 2 years ago in one of the sea facing junior suites which was fantastic and we were hoping to stay again this summer but despite numerous emails the hotel just doesn't reply. Such a shame that a 5 star hotel can't respond to a room query! Other than that the hotel really is beautiful though slightly dated and some of the amenities in the room didn't work! ( Radio, desk lamp and the big shower head) hence losing one star ...other star lost for not replying.

Rooms overlooking the pier and the bay, fine restaurant and exceptional service. An atmospheric place, feel the history of this place.

In our opinion, the best hotel in Poland in every respect. Great atmosphere, perfect location, fantastic service, delicious food both in the breakfast restaurant (thank you Mrs. Aleksandra for the kindest service at the highest level) and the Grand Blue restaurant (thank you Mr. Micha D. for the excellent service and always accurate advice on a new delicious champagne )

Very good and pleasant hotel in a prime location, right on the beach promenade. If it is absolutely a room to the Baltic Sea. Very nice and rich breakfast buffet.

My husband's dream came true, he slept in a hotel where the greats of this world slept. Wonderful atmosphere, wonderful service, and above all a fantastic breakfast. Thank you for great moments. 6 with + for all staff. Greetings and we will be back.
