I have been with them since 2016. Support gradually has increased phone hold times to a point now were you wonder if anyone will pick up. 56 minutes last night before I hung up. Ticket support has been very poor for a long time. Seldom do the read the concern and address it directly. They seem to go in the direction that points to a user problem and refer me to have a developer fix the problem. I will not renew with them and I don't recommend anyone buy from them.

Top notch hosting and support. They go way above and beyond the typical tech support I ve encountered with other hosting companies.

They do well, their hosting is pretty fast, and their customer support is good. One issue I have is support usually says we don't detect an issue and then moves on... I have had to "prove" there is an issue multiple times before they would help me. Otherwise a good service

The Worst hosting never seen this in 20 years.

we got hacked because un updated wp plugins (we think), got to deal with 2 tech support persons, the first one was very reactive and passive helping and the website review was not working properly (it was not loading php files after restore), after multiple messages, a second tech support person fixed the issue very quickly, the backup/restore backup could be better and friendlier, I have used better systems on other hostings, but other than this incident , I am happy with the service / hosting price

I'm a web developer and i'm used to work with many hosting providers around the planet. I think that A2hosting are first in class provider services, period! Excellent products and excellent support. These guys rocks.

Bad uptime hosting.
I am new user on last month & it's like nightmare experience in my first month.

It's been almost 24hours since my site on a2 hosting server sg1-ls4 was down. Until I write this it still down and I don't know why they to long solving this issue, not worth it.

I like you server speed & all features, but this issue make me think twice to continue with your host.

To a2 hosting please improve your server uptime & speed for solving disaster !!!

It was just an off handed chance I decided to give A2 a chance as a website domain manager. I wanted speed and could not afford anything other than hosted management. I started out with the Turbo Boost plan and within the year I took advantage of a special and opted for 3 years of Turbo Max plan special that was less than I was currently paying on a 1 year contract for Turbo Boost. I may even stay with them at $26 a month after the 3rd year or go back to the Turbo Boost. The speed and service is wonderful and it is the Turbo Boost is the greatest deal in town.

A2Hosting is best service i use so far. They professionally response on every issue i face.

It was mostly helpful, though I had to scroll through several plugin choices and needed to decide which plugin would best supply Recaptcha to my Contact 7 forms. A more specific plugin recommendation would have gotten a five-star rating.

I have had really good experience with this new host. I messed up the transfer of a Wordpress site -- to be fair it was a tiny detail out of many -- and the level 2 tech handled it without my even expecting the ticket to get addressed. Plus the environment -- access to Cpanel, Knowledgebase, tech Chat etc. are all great to deal with. I though the site was downloading a bit slow but I it was my internet. On my phone it was a bullet. Good deal all around. Very good American company.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!! - We are currently experiencing a service interruption affecting multiple Windows servers, including. Shared and VPS products. Users hosted on these servers will experience service degradation as a result. Our System Operations team is investigating the root cause of this interruption. Great domain prices at certain times of the year - and if you can get a good deal on the hosting (coupon etc) you can do well. Good customer service - solid level of English (unlike some other cheap hosts). Recommended for quality and price. Definitely top 10 hosts around in mid 2017.

I recently switched from Bluehost to A2 Hosting after being unhappy with the speed. After reading tons of amazing reviews and comparisons, I decided to go ahead and make the switch.

During the transition, I experienced a few small issues that were easily answered and fixed through a couple phone calls and support tickets (which were quickly answered). I really do appreciate all the help and care, and am extremely pleased with the move so far. Assuming the happiness with the service will continue to amaze me, I will definitely be recommending A2 Hosting to others.

As the old saying goes, you can't teach an old dog new tricks. Well then, the A2 Gurus can! I'm an old dog but the Gurus were successful in my case, helped me for days - and nights! - to learn new possibilities resolving my problems, and to decide what will be the most satisfying solution.
