I have been using them for 5 years. I have multiple hosting accounts and I have been nothing but impressed. Their free server backup is an excellent feature and their support is always quick.

I have tried many hosting, and I could not believe that this is a very amazing hosting and they have a great response with customers in all languages, they speak and respond to their customers even in Arabic.

It was really late, time to go to bed...

But I decided to install cache plugin instead...
End up crashing the whole damn thing... Emailed A2 support for help...
And then very sad I walked to bed...

A few seconds later as my head touched the pillow -
I heard sound of "new email received"
Mail from A2 says "we fixed yo problem"
Checked website - it was up & running!
Daaaaam A2 that was really good service
I would not hesitate to say I enjoyed this :)
Give you 5 star rating, thats clear.
Would recommend to everybody out there!

I would have started using A2 Hosting from Dec 2019 and I must say that generally speaking most hosting companies have either really bad customer support or a lot of hidden fees. I am proud to say that A2 Hosting is significantly different. I have always received amazing support no matter the circumstances and they are always willing to provide excellent support no matter the circumstances. In addition to all of that, they have amazing prices and are always significantly reliable. I would without a doubt recommend A2 Hosting to anyone

It wasn't a very good first experience with A2. I sent them a straightforward pre-sale question. Two days, still no response. Then I took that same question to live chat, referencing the ticket I submitted earlier. They still didn't answer the question in the chat session, but simply escalated the ticket. I was looking at A2 as an alternative to my current provider, but dropping the ball like that is not a good indicator. I can't wait three days for a question to be answered. Not likely I'll sign-up at this point. I've been involved in web projects for 20+ years; it's truly difficult to find a hosting company that has both the technical aspects down as well as great customer service. The search continues . . .

Also, I was notified TODAY that as of YESTERDAY, they were no longer hosting any Windows plans anymore... no notice.

The phone support was great. It was good for a change to talk to a support person who used a systematic approach to addressing the issue, rather than using scripted deflection responses or being condescending and acting like it was user error, while being clueless as to what they could do as a customer support or tech support person to address and resolve the issue. Unusually refreshing for a support call. A much better experience that chatting with someone from Ukraine, who doesn't seem to be concerned with your issue.

Totally Bad Service, I really wouldn't recommend anyone to signup with A2 hosting. The sales team is totally friendly and as soon as you make a payment you are in trouble, they will ignore you as if you do not exist. Your site can be totally down and they do not care at all. When Ifirst signed up the service was quick and friendly but over the past two years It is the worst customer service I have ever recieved!

I decided to change the hosting provider for my self-managed Wordpress blog. The main reason was to speed up my site. I'm very glad I made the change. On the three occasions I've needed help with something, the response has been fast from customer service, even in the middle of the night. I must add that, although I'm not a developer, I have a good grasp of technology, so I can't speak for the type of user who considers the internet and computing to be big mysteries.

Be aware that if you opt for their free SSL certificate (assures users of data security) it expires after three months and you have to renew, otherwise users get a scary warning. I wish they would send an automatic reminder about this.

With that minor quibble, I'm happy to recommend A2 hosting. It just works.

Once upon a time I felt A2 were great but slowly year by year they have increased my price reduced my services and the support is now ridiculous.

They are probably growing to fast without a plan and the CUSTOMERS are paying the price.

It seems like every time I want to do something these days I have to wait minimum 24 hours for their Guru support to respond and they do not even read my questions correctly....

A2 is seriously impacting my small business and during a pandemic.

The list of issues is growing and the number of stars on my review is shrinking...

It started off at 5 and is now at 3....It may go down, we'll see how long it takes for them to respond and if they can completely stop my ability to work again this month.

A2Hosting`s team are really fast to answer my questions whenever I was stumped trying to get something done. Even with my basic self-managed VPS hosting plan, they helped me, usually with one or two email exchanges, without trying to tell me to upgrade to a more expensive plan. And since I`m a beginner in web programming, I had quite a share of things I didn`t know how to do at first.

I have tried to find the best website hosting with 8 different providers. After my exhaustive journey, and the pain of migrating sites, I finally found my permanent home with A2 Hosting! They really do have the fastest servers. They have friendly and expert staff! I am so thankful that I have found A2 Hosting so that my search for a website home has come to an end.

BTW - I was with one very big host that used to have a good looking female race car driver as a spokesperson for almost 20 years. Due to some major NEGATIVE changes, my search began for a new home. Some changes are not always good for people that want QUALITY at a REASONABLE PRICE.

These days, there are all sorts of claims touted by hosting providers, A2 stands by their word, every time. From technical support to billing support, it's all A+, unlike most. We will continue to host our websites with A2.

I am SO glad I moved from my previous hosting company to A2! The difference in customer service is night and day. I am a newbie in this area and I ask what are probably dumb questions, though not once did any of the customer service personnel at A2 show me nothing but patience, or fail to resolve the issue. I highly recommend these guys and in fact have already gotten a friend who is a professional web developer to move over. She too is happy she did.

I am pretty happy with the service. Whenever I have had issues, they come through to help. Also, I like the speed of the website. They use cloudflare who I am not a fan of but besides that - 5 stars!

This company has consistently provided me with outstanding hosting services for several years. On those occasion when I need support, their customer service has been quick to respond and is always able to fix my issue, even when the issue falls outside the scope of A2 Hosting services. I highly recommend them.

Windows Servers are taken down again. Another attack, another major outage. Sites are not accessible for the last 3 days and they don't have a clue to fix this. Don't believe in what they claim, please search for the reviews and make a decision. My Recommendation : AVOID

Terrible service. Their windows servers are down for over 3 days now and there is no resolution in sight. No redundancy, no fail over mechanisms nothing. Their customer service is only good at sending out templated mails without an ETA. Customers are losing money and reputation and this company has got no regard for their customer who were using their services for a very long time. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

We spent some serious time choosing a hosting company and wanted one we wouldn't outgrow. There's no way to quantify the heart and commitment of their highly motivated staff. Rob solved a really gnarly problem for me and made it seem easy and also gave me a good path to follow through with on my own. THE BEST.
