I have had really good experience with this new host. I messed up the transfer of a Wordpress site -- to be fair it was a tiny detail out of many -- and the level 2 tech handled it without my even expecting the ticket to get addressed. Plus the environment -- access to Cpanel, Knowledgebase, tech Chat etc. are all great to deal with. I though the site was downloading a bit slow but I it was my internet. On my phone it was a bullet. Good deal all around. Very good American company.
