I've hosted my site with A2 hosting for over 4 years.

One reason is their support.

Recently I had support team member Bill help me with a SSL issue. Bill listened while I fully explained my issues before he immediately started solving my problems - which he did quickly while explaining what he was doing, how he was doing it and why his methods were the best solution. As usual with the A2 hosting support staff I received superior service!
