we got hacked because un updated wp plugins (we think), got to deal with 2 tech support persons, the first one was very reactive and passive helping and the website review was not working properly (it was not loading php files after restore), after multiple messages, a second tech support person fixed the issue very quickly, the backup/restore backup could be better and friendlier, I have used better systems on other hostings, but other than this incident , I am happy with the service / hosting price
