I asked for a refund for products not received and kept emails explicitly stating no access or products, and confirmed cancellation. Still have not heard from them in 2 weeks. Go to AWS or Google cloud for vps hosting. They will steal your money!

Changed to A2 last week after having been with 1and1 for eight years. 1and1 were fine - as long as nothing went wrong. But if you had a problem, forget it!
A2 could not be more different. I had a couple of issues setting up and getting data transferred, but these guys went out of their way to help. I couldn't be happier.

A2 was attacked over 3 weeks ago. We are STILL without their services. We have had to start a new website on another host and we still can NOT get our data from A2. We have lost a lot of data and personnel hours at the height of our season - and still no response from them

I've been with A2 for almost 2 years now. I started with a reseller shared account and have recently upgraded to VPS in the last month. In my 20+ years of managing websites I've tried a few hosts, but have got to say A2 Hosting are by far the best I've used. Up time is excellent and if things do go wrong the 'gurus' are on it like a shot. Where A2 really stand out is with their support. They are quick to reply to tickets and have a good escalation structure when things are a little more specialised. They are always friendly and curtious. I've just gone through the newbee VPS setup and all my issues and questions were sorted and answered. Never be tempted by cheap hosts. A2 is the real deal!

I had a problem that I was unable to solve myself for a couple of days only because I'm a stubborn old man and I don't like other people helping me. I did finally end up emailing customer support and they took care of it in less than an hour. I must admit that they were VERY prompt and VERY courteous when communicating with me via email. I gave their service five stars only because they deserved it, and I would highly recommend their service to people I know (and others I don't know ... yet)

I moved my ReSeller account over to A2 about 6 months ago. Managing a dozen of my own sites in addition to client sites, so there are a variety of sites with different traffic levels and needs. When I've needed support I've been impressed with speedy responses and found your support team to be accessible, helpful and most importantly both pleasant and patient. Thank you.

Just want to say thank you and that I am astonished on how quick the A2 tech guys moved my account with all its add-on domains from my previous web host to A2. This is service excellence that I am not used to, long may it last and I commend you for it.

Everyone can see the promises that A2 make to join up...easy to set up, they will do it all for you, guaranteed...This is just manufactured statements to reel you in! The minute you commit to hosting, the customer service and the promises go out the window. Sheer incompetence and total omission of customer care! They actually do not set up anything like they promised, they just send you instructions that only IT professionals can understand. Chat support techs also only send you instructions, they don't actually fix anything! They just fob you off to move on to the next chat.
1 week now and my website only just became visible and my emails still do not work!! IT has cost me lots of website down time and around 15 hours following up and still not set up.

Very nicely done. Had a site moved and, even though I gave some incorrect info, they worked with me to correct it and get the site up an running. Very responsive to my emails and understood what I was asking for even when I wasn't technically proficient. Great customer service and a good result.

As newbies on website development, we were finding the process confusing and frustrating. We had submitted a work order but the email response was not helpful and assumed a level of understanding and experience beyond our scope. One phonecall to tech support helped resolve our issues -- the wait time was minimal (minute or two), and the support staff was patient and helpful. I've gone through hell with my hosting service at hosting24 so I shopped around and found A2 Hosting - being in a high anxiety state, not able to focus, receive or process information well A2 hosting support was patient and walked me through the transfer process fast and easy. I truly feel safer with A2 hosting, I know I am in good hands now

It took 25 days to solve email bounced back issue due to their use of MailChannels outbound SPAM filtering until the support advise me to use an email address with my domain name at my site then the issue is solved and I appreciate the persistent customer service.

Well I haven't made the move to A2 hosting yet but definitely will be. The pre-sales service is excellent and if the post sales service is as good then I'll be delighted!

Been for some years with A2Hosting. Their hosting service is reliable and their customer support's response and troubleshooting is excellent. Highly recommended.

They have a good control panel/portal and a very useful html ssh terminal. Despite choosing some fairly low-end VPS's all my hosts are responsive and work well. Very good technical support.

Worst hosting provider I have ever been with. All our websites down for over a week second time this year, April and now in Aug... its already been 6 days down and still waiting....

I have used MANY hosting services ... Reseller accounts and all and this is the best one so far. Performance is better than the whole BlueHost family of hosting companies for sure.
