I have been with them since 2016. Support gradually has increased phone hold times to a point now were you wonder if anyone will pick up. 56 minutes last night before I hung up. Ticket support has been very poor for a long time. Seldom do the read the concern and address it directly. They seem to go in the direction that points to a user problem and refer me to have a developer fix the problem. I will not renew with them and I don't recommend anyone buy from them.
