Recent issue I had: Nice going on Jonathan's part. I was so frustrated with the cpanel's password not changing but somehow Jonathan got it going. Much appreciated.

I am pretty happy with the service. Whenever I have had issues, they come through to help. Also, I like the speed of the website. They use cloudflare who I am not a fan of but besides that - 5 stars!
