Once upon a time I felt A2 were great but slowly year by year they have increased my price reduced my services and the support is now ridiculous.

They are probably growing to fast without a plan and the CUSTOMERS are paying the price.

It seems like every time I want to do something these days I have to wait minimum 24 hours for their Guru support to respond and they do not even read my questions correctly....

A2 is seriously impacting my small business and during a pandemic.

The list of issues is growing and the number of stars on my review is shrinking...

It started off at 5 and is now at 3....It may go down, we'll see how long it takes for them to respond and if they can completely stop my ability to work again this month.
