It wasn't a very good first experience with A2. I sent them a straightforward pre-sale question. Two days, still no response. Then I took that same question to live chat, referencing the ticket I submitted earlier. They still didn't answer the question in the chat session, but simply escalated the ticket. I was looking at A2 as an alternative to my current provider, but dropping the ball like that is not a good indicator. I can't wait three days for a question to be answered. Not likely I'll sign-up at this point. I've been involved in web projects for 20+ years; it's truly difficult to find a hosting company that has both the technical aspects down as well as great customer service. The search continues . . .
