I ordered 30 Yowie stainless steel tumblers as a fundraiser for my mom who is battling cancer, and the service and communication with the 4Imprint team were great, quick shipping, and the tumblers look great and seem to be very good quality. Very pleased, would order from again!

They went above and beyond to replace hundreds of promotional items that were imprinted incorrectly due to my negligence at no additional cost! We've ordered imprinted mugs, water bottles, and tote bags for our business through 4imprint. We have been more than pleased with the fast turn around and also the quality of not only the products but also the imprinting itself.
Most recently we ordered an imprinted table runner with red and white imprinting. We weren't happy with the shade of red (closer to orange/red) and Nikki and the rest of the team at 4imprint took the time to make it right in a quick and professional manner. We look forward to doing business with them in the future!

Really terrible service.

Really terrible service.
I ordered hats, they were out of stock.
I replied to the email I received and then everything came to a screeching halt. By the time I was able to follow up my event had passed, but I still wanted the hats. While they were nice enough to give me credit, I felt as if they were blaming me for their problems. In fact, the sales associate claimed she had emailed me. I never received them, so I asked her to forward them to me (At the same email I always used). Never received them. No follow up again. I am very, very disappointed in their service and will never use them again.

I ordered polo shirts from this company. I place the order a month and a half before the even and asked for some samples. They ruined the launch as they never sent the samples. after 5 attempts I received one of the samples and they missed the dead line for launch.

Where do I start!!?? This company is amazing!! I ordered a large number of pens about a year ago from the suggestion of another co-worker who had dealt with them before. My first order went off without a hitch. However, this past August 2018 I had dropped the ball when it came time to ordering promotional items for a booth my company was working in a week. I made up my order online and then called my previous rep Stephanie and she advised me not to worry she would take care of it. She then advised me that I may get an email or call from someone else that works with her. I was fine with that. I then spoke with Christy, who Stephanie had informed her of my situation. I gave her the dates of the booth and within a couple of hours she emailed me with confirmation and also sent artwork for my approval. I was also not in my office that day and gave her my cell number. She called me on my cell, even after she was supposed to be gone at the end of her workday, and I confirmed artwork and away she went with my order! I received several items within just a few days and the last item exactly on the date she specified. I never felt more like these ladies and 4imprint totally "had my back". Whenever I interact with staff or customer service for anything, everyone is always knowledgeable and as kind as can be. It seems as if everyone actually loves their jobs! You don't find wholesome, genuine caring as much anymore when speaking with someone over the phone. It was certainly a HUGE breath of fresh air to be treated so nice and KNOW your needs will come first and that you are working with individuals who you can trust to get the job done and done right!!

Absolutely incredible customer service and a quality product I can always count on. I love that they let you order samples to ensure that you are receiving an item that you love. We are a small company, and we don't do that much business with them annually, but they treat us like we're their biggest customer. Today I called and right away got on the phone with Pete Koble. He helped me go back into our order history for some simple post cards that our dental office has been using for years. I could not find them in the order history but Pete did it in 2 seconds and even helped update them and get an order placed, all in one call. What impressed me was how kind and effortlessly helpful he was. Even over the phone he seemed to like his job and he made our phone call so simple and I knew exactly what to expect when the phone call was over as well. I was sent an email and then an artwork proof later in the day. I can say I was really glad he helped me today. He is someone I would want answering my phones if he were here in our office. Thank you for your help today Pete.

I ordered a couple different items from this compa...

I ordered a couple different items from this company and was pleased with the service. First off, it's wonderful that this company offers free samples so you can check the product before moving ahead with a full order. Secondly, and most importantly, their customer service is great! I spoke with a few different representatives during the ordering process but want to highlight two individuals. I worked with Keara Dunn (Sales Rep) and she is amazing! We probably exchanged over 100 hundred emails while I was trying to sample different items and do full orders. She was very responsive and was always able to answer my questions and get me what I needed. She even helped expedite some samples so I could figure out which item I liked and place my order that week! The other individual I want to highlight is Karla Goyke (Customer Care Rep). Unfortunately, there were a few defective items when I received my full order but Karla was able to get me replacements ASAP. I sent an email on a Friday indicating that some items were missing and broken. On Monday, she had email me back and by Thursday, I had received the replacement items. Keep in mind, these replacement items were customized so they had to go through the production process too! The replacement items were initially planned to arrive by Friday but I told Karla that wouldn't work since I would have left for my event by that day. She was able to get the box pulled off the truck and have the shipping changed to next day!

Overall, the customer service is great. If you're looking to buy large quantities of items for an event, giveaway, etc..., look no further! And if you happen to work with Keara or Karla, you'll be in good hands!

Where do I start!? I was referred to 4imprint a couple of years ago and I am glad I made that first phone call to their company! I have had nothing but dedicated, trustworthy and top notch customer service from them from the very beginning. The employees are personable and friendly. The most amazing take-away from my experience with them is that nothing is fake about them. They all truly love their jobs and the workplace and it shows in their demeanor and attitude. They often go above and beyond to provide an excellent experience for their customers. Prices are fair. Quality is great. I will not go anywhere else for my promotional and printing needs. You have a customer for life here!! Thanks for everything you guys do...you are appreciated!!

This company is an absolute pleasure to do business with. I do the Marketing for a large company and REALLY appreciate how straight forward the process is. I love that I get artwork approval the same day (usually within an hour) and love that it's in production almost immediately after approval. AND, they get it to me quickly!! I ve place many orders with 4imprint but my most recent experience has exceeded my exceptions. 3 weeks ago I placed an order that required a quick turn around. One of the packages was misplaced due to a delivery mistake by the carrier. Melanie Schaefer went above and beyond to assist by working directly with UPS and ensuring me that her team could recreate/reship the order if necessary. Luckily, the package was found a few days later and Melanie emailed and called me to confirm. This type of service is easily forgotten these days. Happy to support companies who value customer service as much as I do!

4Imprint is the absolute best place to print with! After I approved artwork (that had the wrong date- totally my fault) they were gracious enough to reprint my order free of charge. They simply asked me to donate the mistake bags that had the wrong date on them and help someone else out. Jen Liedke in customer service was kind and gracious to me. This company is a joke. 4 weeks, 6 different reps, and nothing gets done. They keep losing my order, misplacing my quotes, telling me my previous quotes were wrong, and still producing my items incorrectly. They are a joke. Don't give them your business, they are scam artist and never intent to delivery proper products.

I wish we had the same experience as others but unfortunately the entire process was less than satisfactory. If ordering youth and adult shirts, a word of warning that they are two different departments. Not only did the first shipment of shirts arrive days late, the sizes were incorrect. 4imprint when contacted said they would correct the problem which they did although received after the event. Another note, we had previously had shirts printed by a local shop that were printed full front. 4imprint seems to be unable to accomplish this as we went back and forth with their proofs. If you want anything printed wider than 6" they can't do it or at least couldn't for us. Find a LOCAL business to support rather than this one.

Placed our first order, product was delivered quickly. There was an issue with the printing (maybe something to do with the extensive heat from shipping?) We called our sales rep Nikkyi (who was always a pleasure) - within 24 hours we had a brand new set of koozies delivered to our office. Seriously, BEST customer service I have experienced! I made a mistake in our order for the high school baseball team. The size of the cups was not what I was expecting (too small). I asked if there was anything that could be done since our boys raised money for the cups. Our football team has them and our boys wanted them. 4imprint went above and beyond and sent a new order out for larger cups free of charge. I must say. I am always skeptical on ordering sizes for several people online without knowing how they fit. We did order sizes larger just to be safe. They came in in a timely manner. However our sample never came... The ladies sizes were still too small and I called back to see how we could fix this. Jeff immediately fixed our order and shipped it so fast we were still able to have them for our event. That is customer service!

I bless the day i came across 4imprint online; though we had a little challenge with my first job with them, but they were very attentive, highly proffessional and full of human feelings.
They will always give you value for your money. I sent their job to Africa for my Father In-law's political campaign, people rushed the pen and finished sharing it in less than 1.5hrs, now they want me to make other fine gift items for his Senatorial contest.
My wife's birthday souvenirs were SUPER. They were delivered 2 Weeks before the party.
I will always come back to 4impeints.

After making some changes to the bags it didn't like they were going to arrive in time for the first pick up date. I placed my first order with 4imprint about 3 weeks ago. My order arrived and the tumblers we got with our logo came our fantastic. The printing was great and the quality of the tumbler was beyond out expectation. We would have been happy to order again if that was the end of our experience, but it got better. So we realized after counting the shipment that we had 2 boxes missing even though UPS showed that they delivered everything. I called ready to go through a huge ordeal to get the rest of our product. While UPS has not even emailed or called me back, 4imprint responded immediately. They were sooooo helpful. Dana our original rep got me in contact with Karla right away and the rest of our order is on its way. It's so great to know there are still businesses like 4imprint that are willing to offer such great customer service. They have made a loyal customer out of me. Thank you guys!

I'm giving this one star for the quality of the product. the woven canvas material is horrible. You can visibly see holes in it when held to the light. The ear loops were very small and couldn't fit the majority of adults in our office. However, the customer service from 4imprint was great. Once notified of our complaints, they handled it quickly.

I called twice to change shirt sizes after I submitted my order and they were so kind and willing to make any changes I required. When we got the shirts, we found out the shirt sizing was small, so many didn't fit. They were willing to send more sizes free of charge! Seriously, order from this company - their customer service is unreal.

Our company has used 4imprint before so that's how I heard about it but this was our first order from our department. They were very accommodating and helpful in getting us the product we requested even though it wasn't on their website. Then when we received our order, there had been an oversight on my end and I contacted the company to redo it, they went above and beyond my expectations. You don't find that kind of customer service very often anymore and I would 100% recommend this company to everyone!!

These people simply rock. We've had them do promotional stuff up for us in the past, and the sales folks are really friendly and pick up the phone right away. Just this last week, we had an organizer for an annual conference contact us requesting that we provide 60 USB flash drives, printed with company logos, for an event coming up in eight days. We got on the horn with 4imprint and the reps (Carla and Kevin) helped us immediately with a re-order. They were able to print and get them shipped out within 24 hours - 4GB flash drives at $6 apiece, with our awesome logo on them - and charged under seven dollars to get them shipped here. They literally went from order to delivery in less than four business days. They even followed up on the order already. It doesn't get better than that. On top of all that, the quality is solid. You shouldn't need to look any further than these guys for rush promotional needs!

We had a small issue with the transport of ceramic mugs and they completely redid our entire order! I researched a number of companies and got a number of quotes for Campfire mugs for my company. I read the online reviews for 4imprint and after I received their competitive quote, I decided to go with them. This company was fantastic to work with. My product arrived quickly, I was pleased with the quality and when a few of the items were damaged, they sent out replacements immediately. I would recommend them and would definitely use them again.

This review is based more on the hidden costs than the actual products. I ordered mugs for a clients with a "base price" of 3.19 per unit, total cost of the order was $459.36. After set up fees, imprint charges and so on the price came to well over $800.00. These set up fees are simply bunk, how long does it take them to load up artwork that I am already supplying? And 55.00 per set up fee, per location of your logo? Would they not apply the same logo all at the same time? We used the Canadian version of the website only to find out everything was shipped from the states further delaying our order, we have a US address and could of shipped it there. Not impressed with 4imprint, shop around and read the fine print and you are are sure to find a better deal for you or your client.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Excellent product and customer service. One of the sizes we ordered came a little smaller than we expected, leaving one of our staff without a logo fleece jacket (excellent quality). They sent us a larger size right away at no charge. Couldn't have been more professional, courteous, or prompt. Excellent experience from start to finish.

I ordered cups for my Highschool reunion from them...

I ordered cups for my Highschool reunion from them. The quality was good. But more importantly the customer service was OUTSTANDING! The wrong date was printed on the cups . They handled it, told me to keep he incorrect ones to donate and shipped the corrected ones, at no additional cost to the event location to be sure we would have them in time. I would definitely use again!

Nichole, Jessie, and Jessica were extremely helpful in helping us resolve a shipping issue and meet a deadline. It wasn't even 4imprint's fault (UPS messed up), but they stuck with us through to our issue being fixed. The quality of this company really shows, from their products to their employees. We will be getting our promotional materials from 4imprint exclusively from now on, you can't beat service like theirs.
