I ordered a couple different items from this compa...
I ordered a couple different items from this company and was pleased with the service. First off, it's wonderful that this company offers free samples so you can check the product before moving ahead with a full order. Secondly, and most importantly, their customer service is great! I spoke with a few different representatives during the ordering process but want to highlight two individuals. I worked with Keara Dunn (Sales Rep) and she is amazing! We probably exchanged over 100 hundred emails while I was trying to sample different items and do full orders. She was very responsive and was always able to answer my questions and get me what I needed. She even helped expedite some samples so I could figure out which item I liked and place my order that week! The other individual I want to highlight is Karla Goyke (Customer Care Rep). Unfortunately, there were a few defective items when I received my full order but Karla was able to get me replacements ASAP. I sent an email on a Friday indicating that some items were missing and broken. On Monday, she had email me back and by Thursday, I had received the replacement items. Keep in mind, these replacement items were customized so they had to go through the production process too! The replacement items were initially planned to arrive by Friday but I told Karla that wouldn't work since I would have left for my event by that day. She was able to get the box pulled off the truck and have the shipping changed to next day!
Overall, the customer service is great. If you're looking to buy large quantities of items for an event, giveaway, etc..., look no further! And if you happen to work with Keara or Karla, you'll be in good hands!
