I want to sing the praises of 4imprint from the highest mountain!!

I placed and order for Cross customized pens and notebooks with our company logo through your insanely easy to use website, and then worked just a tiny bit with your representative, Amanda Kunz, who nailed what I was aiming for and was SO easy to communicate with.

I was not expecting half of the order until the end of this week (today is Monday), and the other half until the 21st. Both pieces came TODAY!! My mind is blown. That was so crazy fast, and the items are perfect. They are exactly the way they were portrayed; and exceeded my expectation. You guys were SO easy to work with, and having the benefit of being able to show management samples made it super easy to get the order approved.

I am saving 4imprint's information forever. You guys are fantastic. You just made me look like a rock star! Thanks.

Nice selection of products of varying price-points...

Nice selection of products of varying price-points. Unfortunately the customer service side is lacking with their communication and ended up costing our company a significant amount of time and money that cannot be regained. I highly recommend just using your local promotional products supplier instead.

We realized we were out of company pens really close to our event date. Paul Tribbey and the 4imprint team not only made the ordering process a piece of cake, but they were able to get our pens delivered about a week earlier than the original ship date. We've been using 4imprint for years and this level of service is 100% the reason why we will continue to use them for future orders!

We've been working with 4imprint for a little over...

We've been working with 4imprint for a little over a year now, and I couldn't be more impressed! They've helped us with over a dozen projects and orders and each one has gone so smoothly, and we've been so satisfied with each and every one. Out of all our orders, there has only ever been one slight hiccup (which was mostly our fault), and their Customer Care team really took "Be Remarkable" to a new level! They were extremely quick to jump to action to help rectify the issue and were so generous in what they offered us. I honestly cannot say enough good things about working with 4imprint. The quality of their products combined with their exceptional customer service make them our number one choice for all of our product orders!

First time user of this company. Had no idea what I was doing! I ordered the wrong stuff for a Charity Fundraiser :-(. If it had not been for their phenominal customer service I would have been without Swag for the golf bags. I'll be back to use them again. Special Shout outs to C/S Mgr Julie Tyriver; C/S Rep Randi Hensley (5-stars), and Kathryn Hable! This company should share their business model because this team worked TOGETHER to help me correct my error!

We have worked with 4 imprint at my law firm for years. They are fantastic, efficient, and very customer service oriented. You can call them with any need and they can fill it quickly and easily. The also have THE BEST prices you will find. I would highly recommend!

Great company, very focused on customer service. I recently placed a reorder with them, requesting the same pens I ordered the previous year. When the pens came they were the same as the previous year, and looked great, except the ink color was different than what we had ordered the year before. I sent an email explaining that it would be fine and that I did not want a refund or any such compensation, but that I did assume it would be and exact reorder from the year before. I simply requested that they record my request to only receive black ink in the future. 4Imprint quickly responded saying they would send a new order of the correct ink color right away at no additional charge. I was thoughouly impressed, they are a Great company. They really try to please the customer, and succeed in doing so.

At work, I'm in charge of purchasing promotional items. I can not begin to tell you how wonderful all my products have been. From study canvas totes, to fantastically smooth writing pens, nothing but quality product.
I did have an issue once though. I had purchased a blue tumbler that I needed for a Christmas event. The website showed a blue that was light enough to be able to support black text. These would be ideal for my purchase.
Once the tumblers arrived, the cup was not nearly as translucent as the web page suggested. The black text was not visible at all!
I called customer service (it was a Tuesday), and the understood my problem. They quickly offered to remake the cup, at no additional charge with a text color of my choice. They had offered to have them express shipped to arrive the following Monday. I had no problem with that.
The problem came when they didn't arrive that following Monday. I checked the tracking, and they had been shipped out on Monday and were due to arrive on Friday. (!!!) This would have been far past my Christmas event at work. I called and spoke to customer service again. They understood my situation and made it right! They overnighted a new batch of my order at no additional charge!
The tumblers were absolutely stunning and super kid friendly. Shipping fiasco aside, I will definitely purchase from 4imprint again.

I am extremely impressed with the customer service...

I am extremely impressed with the customer service and support from 4Imprint!!

I am a firm believer in providing exceptional customer service and I am sad to say that I am rarely on the receiving end of that level of service.

However, I do have to say that that is not the case with 4Imprint!!

I recently purchased a logo table cover from 4Imprint. When I took it to the cleaners, the cleaners had the heat setting too high and it was damaged. The cleaner offered to replace it, however, when they called 4Imprint, 4Imprint offered to replace it at no charge even though the fault was with the cleaners.

4 Imprint went above and beyond in providing an exceptional experience for me and my company. I appreciate their extraordinary efforts and will happily refer them to anyone.

This company is great! We ordered some koozies from them, but were not happy with the final color. 4imprint corrected the issue and sent out 500 free ones in just a couple days. We will definitely be ordering from them again soon. Thank you!!
