I was the only caller on the line, as the automated voice kept telling me, yet I waited 40 minutes for them to actually answer.
First of all. I would say IT help Central really helped with issues related with computer, system, internet and security accross the University and provided excellent service for students, faculty, staff,and the retired. We should be glad that there is a location we can seek help from compared to other universities poor customer service and lack of attention.
unless you're retarded and don't know how to instal free antivirus software you will get no help from these idiots, if you any REAL problems with your computer don't go here, you'll only waste your time
