i legit just got hired and so far everyone is super chill and very nice, no matter where you go theres always going to be favorites and in a call center the way its ran its very time strict, but thats every where you go, the option to work from home completly kicks butt and yes there is plenty of room for advancement AS LONG AS YOU PUT YOUR BEST EFFORT IN which is true anywhere you go, i feel like this will be an awesome fit and can not wait to see what the future holds with my career with this company!

i had an offer to country living magazine for 1 free issue to be issued to me 6 to 8 weeks out and in the mean time i was hounded to pay a bill for the other remaining 11 issues. this morning april 29, 2017 i get an email from hearst sent to cds global saying i have a service interupption due to non-payment of subscription. i have yet to receive the 1 magazine to see if i even like it. as the offer was try 1 free and pay for other 11 if liked. i have not received free issue, sounds like a scam to get money before free trial issue.................

Used to work there. Company has great potential. Employees def deserve more pay and leniency as far as time off. Some supervisors play favorites so you can get promoted quickly. Just not always the right people. Your just another face here in a typical call center. No advancement opportunities

Do not buy a subscription from any magazine that uses this company. You will be harassed constantly by email and post to re-subscribe even a few weeks after you have initially paid for the first yearly subscription.

Unsubscribing will not work and when you do not reply they will start on the person whom you gave the sub to as a gift. I have already unsubscribed from these subscription reminders but they keep on harassing me and my husband, even in Australia, from USA.

They are breaking every privacy law I can think of.

I will NEVER buy another subscription from them..EVER.

I wrote back eventually by email and asked them to stop. Several weeks later my husband (the giftee) got another harassing letter.

You have been warned - don't subscribe to Architectural Digest...or any of the other publications whose subscriptions these people 'service'.
