I placed my first order with 4imprint about 3 week...

I placed my first order with 4imprint about 3 weeks ago. My order arrived and the tumblers we got with our logo came our fantastic. The printing was great and the quality of the tumbler was beyond out expectation. We would have been happy to order again if that was the end of our experience, but it got better. So we realized after counting the shipment that we had 2 boxes missing even though UPS showed that they delivered everything. I called ready to go through a huge ordeal to get the rest of our product. While UPS has not even emailed or called me back, 4imprint responded immediately. They were sooooo helpful. Dana our original rep got me in contact with Karla right away and the rest of our order is on its way. It's so great to know there are still businesses like 4imprint that are willing to offer such great customer service. They have made a loyal customer out of me. Thank you guys!
