I must say. I am always skeptical on ordering sizes for several people online without knowing how they fit. We did order sizes larger just to be safe. They came in in a timely manner. However our sample never came... The ladies sizes were still too small and I called back to see how we could fix this. Jeff immediately fixed our order and shipped it so fast we were still able to have them for our event. That is customer service!
