I ve place many orders with 4imprint but my most recent experience has exceeded my exceptions. 3 weeks ago I placed an order that required a quick turn around. One of the packages was misplaced due to a delivery mistake by the carrier. Melanie Schaefer went above and beyond to assist by working directly with UPS and ensuring me that her team could recreate/reship the order if necessary. Luckily, the package was found a few days later and Melanie emailed and called me to confirm. This type of service is easily forgotten these days. Happy to support companies who value customer service as much as I do!
