Placed our first order, product was delivered quickly. There was an issue with the printing (maybe something to do with the extensive heat from shipping?) We called our sales rep Nikkyi (who was always a pleasure) - within 24 hours we had a brand new set of koozies delivered to our office. Seriously, BEST customer service I have experienced! Will continue to order from them!
